Automatic monthly Credit Limit set by Epic per GSM number

New Subscribers:  € 150
Existing Subscribers: Minimum € 150 / Maximum*: The average of the most recent 4 invoices multiplied by 2.

*Example of the maximum  credit limit of an existing subscriber: If the 4 most recent invoices of an existing subscriber were: €120, €165, €240 and €170, then their average amount is multiplied by 2 to give us the new credit limit of the specific subscriber,

i.e. [(€120 + €165 + €240 + €170) : 4] Χ 2 = €347.50.

Notes:
1)      Above prices do not include V.A.T
2)      “New subscriber” is considered the subscriber whose line has not yet completed 4 calendar months since the activation of his/her line. 
3)      “Existing subscriber” is considered the subscriber whose line has completed the first 4 calendar months since the activation of his/her line.

Credit Limit set by Subscriber per GSM number

Subscribers can establish a monthly credit limit per GSM number by visiting an Epic store or by calling 136.

The credit limit can be set to the following limits: €0, €10, €20, €50 or the Automatic Credit Limit as set out above.

The terms and conditions of the additional service “Credit Limit Service” are:  

1. The Additional Service “Credit Limit Service” (herein after the “Service”) provides a Credit Limit (herein after the «Limit») to the additional charges that a Subscriber can generate during each month which are over and above his/her monthly contractual Subscription fees.   
2. Once the Limit has been reached, the Subscriber will not be able to make any further chargeable usage until the 1st of the next month. 
3. Chargeable usage in these Terms and Conditions refers to, but is not limited to, any calls, texts, MMS and roaming usage which are over and above the monthly contractual Subscription fees. 
4. The Limit is calculated and applied in addition to the monthly contractual subscription fees and any additional services (e.g. boosters) which the Subscriber may add to their subscription contract.
5. In case of International Roaming, Epic will provide the best service possible to implement the Limit. However, due to delays that might occur by some third-party international providers, there might be circumstances where the Limit is exceeded. If this occurs, the subscriber will be liable for any charges generated even if the Limit is exceeded.
6. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the terms of Subscriber’s subscription contract for telephony services.
7. The Subscriber declares that he has read and understood the above Terms & Conditions which he/she accepts them unreservedly.
