Terms & Conditions of Special Offers

1.  The Offer “Easter Offer 2026 - Additional discount on the monthly fee for new subscription plans” (the "Offer"), is available from the 02/04/2026 until 26/04/2026 (the “Offer Period”), for subscribers who will proceed with number portability from another telecommunications provider and/or with the transfer from their prepaid number and/or with the connection of a new number (the “New Subscription”).

2.  If you proceed with a New Subscription to Epic’s 5G Unlimited Max or 5G Unlimited Max Plus Mobile Telephony Plan (the “Plan”), for a minimum subscription period of 24 months, then you will benefit with a discount on the monthly fee of your Plan for 24 months, from the current discounted price, as per the table below:

3.  If you proceed with a New Subscription according to paragraph 2 and at the same time purchase a device with instalments with any of the plans listed below, then you will benefit from an additional discount on the retail price of the device as follows:

4.  The device discount will be applied to the retail price of the devices that will be available during the Offer Period and/or until stock last.

5.  The Offer cannot be transferred to another plan, in the event that you wish to change your plan during the 24-month period of your Plan.

6.   The Offer does not apply to devices where the device discount exceeds their retail value.  

7.   The Ofer does not apply to number portability from a prepaid plan.

8.   If you benefit from the Offer, you do not have the option to downgrade your plan; you may only upgrade your Plan (from 5G Unlimited Max to 5G Unlimited Max Plus), during the Minimum Period.

9.   The Offer is only available to permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus

10. The Offer is not valid for corporate customers.

11. The Device Insurance service can be combined with this Offer.  

12. The purchase of any device with the payment of monthly instalments requires that you accept the payment of your monthly bill via Direct Debit.  

13. Epic reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Offer, at any time without prior notice. The new terms and conditions will be posted on Epic’s website.  

14. The terms and conditions of the Offer apply in parallel and/or in addition to the terms and conditions of Epic’s mobile service, the terms and conditions of your subscription plan, the terms and conditions of device insurance as well as any other terms and conditions of additional services and/or offer you enjoy.

 1.  The Offer “Easter Offer 2026 - Additional discount on the monthly fee for renewals of subscription plans” (the "Offer") is available from the 02/04/2026 until 26/04/2026 (the “Offer Period”), for subscribers who will proceed with a renewal of their existing plan, to an Epic’s 5G Unlimited Max or 5G Unlimited Max Plus Mobile Telephony Plan, for a minimum subscription period of 24 months (the “Plan”). 

 2.  Subscribers who will proceed with the renewal and receive the Offer, will benefit with a discount on the monthly Plan fee for 24 months, from the current discounted price offer as per the table below:

3.  Subscribers who receive the Offer and proceed with the renewal of their existing plan to 5G Unlimited Max Plus and at the same time proceed with the purchase of a device with instalments, will then benefit from a €200 discount on the retails price of the device.

4.  The Offer cannot be transferred to another plan, in the event that you wish to change your plan during the 24-month period of your Plan.

5.  The discount on the device will be applied to the retail price of the devices that will be available during the Offer Period and/or until the stocks last.

6.  The Offer does not apply to number portability from a prepaid plan.

1.  The offer " Additional Port In Lines - Additional discount on the monthly fee for new subscription plans" (the "Offer"), is valid from 12/02/2026 to 05/04/2026 (the "Offer Period"), for additional new subscriptions to Epic's 5G Unlimited Max Mobile Plan (the "Plan") with a minimum subscription period of 24 months.

2.   The Offer is exclusively addressed to:
       2.1.   New subscribers who will proceed with number portability and/or transfer from their prepaid mobile phone from another telecommunications’ provider for at least two new mobile phone subscriptions in the Plan (the "New Subscription") under the same account, and
       2.2.   Existing EPIC Subscribers, if they proceed with number portability and/or transfer from their prepaid mobile phone from another telecommunications provider for two New Subscriptions in the Plan under the same existing account in addition to their existing subscription.

3.  The Subscribers who will receive the Offer, for the first New Subscription to the Plan will receive the "Easter Offer 2026 - Additional discount on the monthly fee for new subscription plans" of the Plan for 24 months (i.e. €19.99 per month) and will benefit for each additional New Subscription to the Plan with an additional discount on the monthly fee of the Plan for 24 months, from the price of the current discount offer, as per the table below:

4.  The Offer is valid for subscribers who will proceed with number portability and/or by transfer from their prepaid number from another telecommunications provider.

5.  Each subscriber can take advantage of the Offer for up to 4 New Subscriptions.

6.  The Offer cannot be transferred to another plan if you wish to change plans during the 24-month period of your Plan.

7.  The Offer is available only for natural persons.

8.  The Offer is only available to permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus.

9.  If you proceed with number portability from another provider's subscription plan, you have the option to purchase a device with the payment of monthly instalments, which requires that you accept the payment of your monthly bill, through a standing Bank Order (Direct Debit), provided that you meet Epic's requirements for the purchase of a device via instalments.

10.  Epic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice. The new terms and conditions will be posted on Epic's website.

11.  These terms and conditions apply in parallel with and/or in addition to the terms and conditions for the purchase of a device in monthly instalments as well as the terms and conditions of the Subscription Plan.

PAYM-OFF-T&C-ADDLIN-NEW-ENG-02/04/26

1.      The “€100 extra discount offer” (the “Offer”) is available from 03/02/2026 until 31/03/2026 (the “Offer Period”) and applies to subscription contracts made through Epic’s online store with mobile number portability from another provider to one of Epic’s mobile plans: 5G Value, 5G Unlimited Max, or 5G Unlimited Max Plus (the “Plan”), for a minimum subscription period of 24 months (the “Minimum Period”), during the Offer Period.

2.      With the Offer, you can benefit from an additional €100 discount on any device in the categories of mobile phones, wearables, or tablets that are available through Epic’s online store. The device discount will be applied to the retail price of devices available during the Offer Period.

3.      The Offer may be combined with any other active offer available through Epic’s online store, unless the terms of that offer explicitly state that it cannot be combined.

4.      The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer involving a combination or bundle of Epic products and/or devices and does not apply to device pre-orders.

5.      The Offer does not apply to number portability from prepaid plans, renewals of existing subscription plans, new subscription contracts without number portability, or business customers.

6.      The purchase of any device with the payment of monthly instalments is subject to your agreement to settle your monthly bill via direct debit.

7.      The terms and conditions of the Offer apply in parallel and/or in addition to the terms and conditions of the Epic Mobile Telephony Service, the terms and conditions of your subscription plan, the terms and conditions for the purchase of the device with monthly instalments, the terms and conditions of the device insurance and any other terms and conditions of any additional service or offer you enjoy.

8.      Εpic reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Offer, at any time. The new terms and conditions will be published at Epic’s website.

1. The promotion, is available from 23/01/2022 until 31/12/2026 to any individuals between the ages of 18 - 29 (“Youth customers”) who are new or existing Epic subscribers to any 24- month 5G Unlimited Max & 5G Unlimited Max Plus mobile telephony plans.

2. The offer prices available to Youth customers for the specific plans are set out in Epic’s website and will be valid until the end of the 29th year of age of the subscriber (and/or until the subscriber turns 30 years old).

3. In order for the promotional offering to be valid customers should always be under contract. If the contract is expired then they should renew for another 24 months in order to continue to benefit from the youth offer pricing.

4. Epic reserves the right to amend the present terms and conditions of the promotion at any given time. Any amendments will be posted on the official website of epic.

5. The present terms and conditions apply in combination and/or in addition to the terms and conditions of subscription contract signed by the subscriber.

1. The offer Home & Go Internet (“Offer”) provides the combination of any Home Internet or Epic Fiber or Broadband Homebox service (“Fixed Internet Plan”) with a Mobile Broadband 100GB plan (“MBB Service”) as per clause 3 below.

2. The Offer is available:

    a. to subscribers of the Home Internet and Epic Fiber services from the 8th of June 2023 until the 31st of May 2026.

    b. to subscribers of the Broadband Homebox service from the 30th of April 2024 until the 31st of May 2026.

    (both periods will be referred together as the “Offer Period”).

3. The Offer is available at Epic Stores, or selected Epic’s associates or at 159, to the following physical persons:

    a. all existing Fixed Internet Plan subscribers;

    b. to anyone who has already applied for any Fixed Internet Plan and their plan has not yet been activated; and

    c. to all new Fixed Internet Plan subscribers who apply simultaneously for both Fixed Internet Plan and the MBB Service;

    (all of them together will be referred to as the “Subscribers”, with Epic).

4. It is noted that this Offer is available only once, to Subscribers of the aforementioned Fixed Internet Plans, who wish to obtain the MBB Service, irrespective of the number of active Fixed Internet Plans the said Subscriber has.

5. The Offer consists of the provision of MBB Service at the discounted fee of €3.99/month (in addition to the monthly Fixed Internet Plan fee), with free SIM card activation fee, for as long as the Fixed Internet Plan is active.

6. The MBB Service will be charged at the nominal fee, according to the advertised fees at the time being, if:

    a. the Fixed Internet Plan is terminated for any reason;

    b. the Fixed Internet Plan application (irrespective of whether it has been applied simultaneously with the MBB Service) is cancelled for any reason; and

    c. the Fixed Internet Plan that is in the activation process, is not activated within 3 months from the initial application date for any reason.

7. The MBB Service does not allow for the temporary disconnection service.

8. The MBB Service is offered without any minimum subscription period.

9. Epic reserves the right to modify the MBB Service, at its absolute discretion.

10. Epic reserves the right to reject any application at its absolute discretion.

11. Epic reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time, at its absolute discretion. Any amendments will be posted on Epic’s official website.

12. The terms and conditions of this Offer apply in combination and/or in addition and/or supplementary to the terms and conditions of the Fixed Internet Plan and of the Mobile Broadband Service.

«Holiday Internet Offer – Unlimited Data with new Holiday Internet package purchase»

Terms and Conditions 

1. The "Holiday Internet Offer – Unlimited Data with new purchases of Holiday Internet packages" (hereinafter the "Offer"), is valid from 01/06/2024 until 31/12/2026, or until the Holiday Internet packages sold at selected points of sale are exhausted (hereinafter the "Offer Period").  

2. Epic offers you, if you purchase one of the Holiday Internet packages within the Offer Period, unlimited Data, which can be used within the validity period of the Holiday Internet package.   

3. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with and/or in addition to the terms and conditions of the PAYG Service, and/or the Holiday Internet Service, and/or any other service or offer you enjoy.   

4. Epic reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time. The new terms and conditions will be posted on Epic's website.
