Epic One και Epic One + - Terms and Conditions
1. Epic One and Epic One + are offered exclusively to subscribers or customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscribers”) who:
i. are natural pesons, and
ii. will enter into a new Epic Fiber Service subscription plan for a minimum period of 24 months (“Minimum Subscription Period”), and the installation of the Epic Fiber Service has been successfully completed, and
iii. are new or existing Subscribers to any Epic Mobile Telephony Plan, and
iv. are permanent residents in the Republic of Cyprus or, if they cannot provide proof of permanent residence in the Republic of Cyprus, if they pay a guarantee of €160,00.
2. Epic One and Epic One + can be selected by Subscribes who have the three basic EPIC services (mobile, fixed Internet and TV by Epic).
3. All services must belong to the same Subscriber (with the same identification document).
4. The Epic Fiber Service is only offered in areas where a fiber optic network is available. The Epic Fiber 5G Plan is only available from Epic’s proprietary fiber optic network. Availability can be checked at an Epic store, by calling 136 or via the coverage check tool on Epic’s website (www.epic.com.cy). Epic does not guarantee that the Epic Fiber Service will be available in all geographical locations and/or addresses within the Republic of Cyprus.
5. The Subscriber who will choose to register for Epic One will benefit from the following:
i. Reduced monthly fixed fee for the Epic Fiber Service as indicated in the table below for the entire duration that Epic One will remain active.
ii. Subsidy for the installation fee of the Epic Fiber Service equal to the value of the installation fee.
6. The Subscriber who will choose to register for Epic One + will benefit from the following:
i. Reduced monthly fixed fee for the Epic Fiber Service as indicated in the table below for the entire duration that Epic One will remain active.
ii. Subsidy for the installation fee of the Epic Fiber Service equal to the value of the installation fee.
iii. Reduced monthly fee for Epic’s Family TV package for the entire duration that Epic One will remain active. It is clarified that if the Subscriber chooses to upgrade the TV package to Complete, then he will pay an additional €5 per month. In case the Subscriber chooses to install the TV service via a decoder instead of the TV application, then an installation fee of €50 will be charged for each decoded. For each additional decoder, the Subscriber will be charged an additional €5 per month. In case of termination, the Subscriber will have to return the decoders he received, otherwise he will have to pay the corresponding fee, as published on Epic’s website for each decoder.
iv. Reduced monthly fixed fee for the Epic 5G Unlimited Max or 5G Unlimited Max Plus Mobile Telephony plan, for the discounted price of €19.99 or €24.99 respectively, for each of the Mobile Telephony subscription plans registered in their Epic account, for as long as Epic One is active. Each Subscriber is entitled to have up to 4 active mobile telephony subscriptions under their account. It is clarified that all charges outside the Mobile Telephony subscription Plan will be charged in accordance with the applicable charges as described in the terms and conditions for Epic Mobile Telephony Plans.

7. The Subscriber who will register for Epic One and Epic One +will be able to benefit from the following additional services if he chooses to add them:
i. Home n Go Service free for one year and then for €3.99 per month for the entire duration that Epic One or Epic One + is active.
ii. EPIC Wifi Boost Service for 1 Pod free for one year and then for €2.99 per month for the entire duration that Epic One or Epic One + is active. It is clarified that in the event of termination of the Epic Fiber Service, the EPIC Wifi Boost Service equipment that he has received or will have to pay the corresponding fee, as published on the Epic website.
iii. Reduced monthly fee for Epic's Complete TV package for the entire duration that Epic One+ remains active. In the event that the Subscriber chooses to install the TV service via a decoder instead of the TV application, then an installation fee of €50 will be charged for each decoder. For each additional decoder, the Subscriber will be charged an additional €5 per month. In the event of termination, the Subscriber will have to return the decoders received, otherwise he will have to pay the corresponding fee, as published on Epic’s website for each decoder.
iv. Reduced monthly fixed fee for the 5G Unlimited Max Plus Mobile Telephony plan, for the discounted price of €24.99, for each of the Mobile Telephony subscription plans registered in their Epic account, for as long as they keep Epic One+ active. Each Subscriber is entitled to have up to 4 active mobile telephony subscriptions under their account. It is clarified that all charges outside of a Mobile Telephony subscription Plan will be charged in accordance with the applicable charges as described in the terms and conditions for Epic Mobile Telephony Plans.

8. The Subscriber will receive the reduced price for the mobile telephony plan on the first day of the month immediately following the successful installation of the Epic Fiber service, while until then he will receive the monthly charge for the corresponding service, as published on Epic’s website.
9. It is clarified that the Subscriber will receive two invoices per month (one for fixed services and one for mobile service), and the total of the two invoices will correspond to the price of Epic One or Epic One + chosen by the Subscriber.
10. In the event of a plan change, change of address of a facility where there is no fiber optic network or temporary disconnection or transfer of ownership or removal or termination of any service from Epic One and Epic One +, the Epic One and Epic One + automatically cease to be valid, and the remaining active services will receive the monthly charges for the respective services, as published on Epic’s website.
11. In the event of termination of any of the services included in Epic One or Epic One +, the Subscriber will be required to pay, a) any amounts that may be owed to Epic for the services, b) any corresponding instalments owed for any product and/or device purchased from Epic and/or an Epic’s partner, and c) the relevant early termination fee for each service terminated, as such fees are set out on Epic’s website.
12. In the event of termination or transfer of the Epic Fiber Service before the end of the Minimum Subscription Period, the Subscriber will be required to pay Epic an amount equal to the installation/transfer fee in effect on the date of early termination or transfer of the Epic Fiber Service as published on Epic’s website.
13. With Epic One and Epic One +, Subscribers who are permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus may choose to receive devices in instalments with a maximum number of three (3) devices per Subscriber (with the same identification document). The purchase of any device by paying monthly instalments requires that the Subscriber will accept the payment of his monthly bill via Direct Debit.
14. Epic One and Epic One + are not available to Epic corporate customers.
15. All prices include VAT.
16. The Subscriber may only benefit from one Epic One or Epic One + package per address.
17. Epic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any application.
18. The Subscriber may not benefit form Epic One or Epic One + retroactively.
19. Epic One or Epic One + cannot be combined with any other offers.
20. These terms and conditions apply in combination and/or in addition to the following terms and conditions: of the Internet and Telephony Service and Epic Fiber Service, your Mobile Telephony Subscription Plan, the Epic Television Service, the Epic Wifi As A Service, and/or any additional services and/or offers that you may enjoy.
21. Epic reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of Epic One or Epic One + at any time. The new terms and conditions will be posted on Epic’s website.

Epic One - for applications created until 06/04/2026
1. To enjoy Epic One, the address where the Epic Fiber 5Gbps Service (“Epic Fiber Service”) will be installed, must be within areas covered by Epic’s own fiber network. You can check availability by either visiting an Epic store, calling 136 or with the use of the coverage check tool on the Epic website (www.epic.com.cy). Epic does not guarantee that the service will be available in all geographic locations and/or addresses within the Republic of Cyprus.
2. You will be eligible to benefit from Epic One if:
i. you are a physical person, and
ii. proceed with the successful new installation of the Epic Fiber Service at your address, and
iii. take out an Epic Fiber Service subscription plan for a minimum period of 24 months (“Minimum Subscription Period”), and
iv. you are a new or existing subscriber to any Epic 24 month Mobile Plan, and
v. you are a permanent resident of the Republic of Cyprus or, if you cannot provide proof of permanent residence in the Republic of Cyprus, if you pay a deposit of €160,00.
3. If you meet the criteria in paragraph 2, Epic offers you with Epic One the following:
i. Free monthly subscription to the Epic Fiber Service for the first 3 months of the Minimum Subscription Period, and then the monthly subscription is set at €19,99 per month for the Epic Fiber 5 Gbps Service for the remainder of the Subscription Period.
ii. Free installation of Epic Fiber Service. In the event that the Epic Fiber Service is terminated or transferred prior to the end of the Minimum Subscription Period, you will be required to pay Epic an amount equal to the installation/transfer charge in effect on the date of termination or transfer of the Epic Fiber Service, as it is published on Epic’s website here.
iii. Free monthly subscription to Epic’s Family TV package (“TV Service”) for 12 months with no activation fees, and then €7.99 per month for the remainder of the Minimum Subscription Period. If you select the Complete TV package, then you will pay the difference from the monthly fee of the Family TV package. If the Epic Fiber Service is terminated or the installation address is relocated to a location where the Epic Fiber Service is not provided, then the provision of the TV Service is also cancelled. In the event of a transfer of ownership of the Epic Fiber Service, the discount for the TV Service shall automatically be terminated and the monthly charges for such service shall apply, as published on the Epic website.
iv. The Epic 5G Unlimited Max or 5G Unlimited Max Plus Mobile Telephony Plan, for the discounted price of €19,99 or €24,99 respectively, for each of the Mobile Telephony subscription plans you have registered in your Epic account, for as long as you remain a subscriber of the Epic Fiber Service (“Unlimited Plans”). All charges outside of the Mobile Telephony Plan will be charged in accordance with the applicable charges as described in the terms and conditions for Epic Mobile Telephony Plans. In the event of a temporary disconnection or, transfer of ownership or, termination of the Epic Fiber Service or, relocation from the installation address to a location where the Epic Fiber Service is not provided, the discounted prices of Epic One for the Unlimited Plans will automatically be terminated and the applicable monthly subscription fees will apply, depending on whether you fall within the timeframe of a Mobile Telephony Plan offer you have been enjoying prior to Epic One. If you fall within the timeframe of the earlier offer then you will continue to enjoy those monthly charges as set out in that earlier offer. If you do not fall within the time frame of any earlier offer, then the current, non-discounted, monthly subscription fees for the applicable subscription plan as published on the Epic website will apply.
v. The Wi-Fi As A Service (“WAAS Service”) with free installation. For the Small or Medium plans as defined on the Epic website, you may enjoy for free the first 12 months of the Minimum Subscription Period. If you choose to get a Large plan, then, for the first 12 months of the Minimum Subscription Period, you will pay the difference from the monthly fee of the Medium plan. For the remaining months of the Minimum Subscription Period, the monthly charges for such service shall apply as published on Epic’s website. If the Epic Fiber Service is terminated or, the installation address is relocated to a location where the Epic Fiber Service is not provided, then the provision of the WAAS Service is also cancelled and you must return the WAAS Service equipment you have received or pay the corresponding charge for each device included in the WAAS equipment, as this is published on the Epic Website. In the event of a transfer of ownership of the Epic Fiber Service, the discount for the WAAS Service shall automatically be terminated and the monthly charges for such service shall apply as published on Epic’s website.
4. In case of termination of all your Epic Mobile Telephony plans, in any way whatsoever, the following will apply:
i. Free monthly subscription for the TV Service, for 12 months, from the beginning of the Minimum Subscription Period with no activation fees, and then €7.99 per month for the remainder of the Minimum Subscription Period.
ii. The provision of the WAAS Service for free is cancelled and then you are charged the monthly fee, without any subscription discount, depending on the WAAS plan you have chosen, as this is published on the Epic Website.
iii. Upon expiration of the Minimum Subscription Period, the respective standard monthly subscription fees apply for each of the services as they are posted in Epic’s website.
5. In case of any termination, of any of the services mentioned in the paragraph 3 above, you must pay, a) any amounts you may owe to Epic for the services, b) any respective instalments for any product and/or handset you bought from Epic, and c) the termination charge for each of the service terminated, as these charges are found on the Epic website.
6. Epic One is not available to corporate customers.
7. All prices include VAT.
8. Epic One can only be applied for one connection per address.
9. Epic reserves the right, at its sole discretion to reject any application.
10. You cannot benefit from Epic One retroactively.
11. 2. You will be eligible to benefit from Epic One if:
i. you are a physical person, and
ii. proceed with the successful new installation of the Epic Fiber Service at your address, and
iii. take out an Epic Fiber Service subscription plan for a minimum period of 24 months (“Minimum Subscription Period”), and
iv. you are a new or existing subscriber to any Epic 24 month Mobile Plan, and
v. you are a permanent resident of the Republic of Cyprus or, if you cannot provide proof of permanent residence in the Republic of Cyprus, if you pay a deposit of €160,00.
3. If you meet the criteria in paragraph 2, Epic offers you with Epic One the following:
i. ii. Free installation of Epic Fiber Service. In the event that the Epic Fiber Service is terminated or transferred prior to the end of the Minimum Subscription Period, you will be required to pay Epic an amount equal to the installation/transfer charge in effect on the date of termination or transfer of the Epic Fiber Service, as it is published on Epic’s website here.
iii. Free monthly subscription to Epic’s Family TV package (“TV Service”) for 12 months with no activation fees, and then €7.99 per month for the remainder of the Minimum Subscription Period. If you select the Complete TV package, then you will pay the difference from the monthly fee of the Family TV package. If the Epic Fiber Service is terminated or the installation address is relocated to a location where the Epic Fiber Service is not provided, then the provision of the TV Service is also cancelled. iv. All charges outside of the Mobile Telephony Plan will be charged in accordance with the applicable charges as described in the terms and conditions for Epic Mobile Telephony Plans. ii. Free monthly subscription for the TV Service, for 12 months, from the beginning of the Minimum Subscription Period with no activation fees, and then €7.99 per month for the remainder of the Minimum Subscription Period.
iii. The provision of the WAAS Service for free is cancelled and then you are charged the monthly fee, without any subscription discount, depending on the WAAS plan you have chosen, as this is published on the Epic Website.

In the event that the Epic Fiber Service is terminated or transferred prior to the end of the Minimum Subscription Period, you will be required to pay Epic an amount equal to the installation/transfer charge in effect on the date of termination or transfer of the Epic Fiber Service, as it is published on Epic’s website here.
iii. Free monthly subscription to Epic’s Family TV package (“TV Service”) for 12 months with no activation fees, and then €7.99 per month for the remainder of the Minimum Subscription Period. All charges outside of the Mobile Telephony Plan will be charged in accordance with the applicable charges as described in the terms and conditions for Epic Mobile Telephony Plans. In the event of a temporary disconnection or, transfer of ownership or, termination of the Epic Fiber Service or, relocation from the installation address to a location where the Epic Fiber Service is not provided, the discounted prices of Epic One for the Unlimited Plans will automatically be terminated and the applicable monthly subscription fees will apply, depending on whether you fall within the timeframe of a Mobile Telephony Plan offer you have been enjoying prior to Epic One. If you fall within the timeframe of the earlier offer then you will continue to enjoy those monthly charges as set out in that earlier offer. If you do not fall within the time frame of any earlier offer, then the current, non-discounted, monthly subscription fees for the applicable subscription plan as published on the Epic website will apply.
v. The Wi-Fi As A Service (“WAAS Service”) for free with free installation, for the Small or Medium plans as defined on the Epic website, for as long as the Epic Fiber Service is active. If you choose to get a Large plan, then you will pay the difference from the monthly fee of the Medium plan. If the Epic Fiber Service is terminated or, the installation address is relocated to a location where the Epic Fiber Service is not provided, then the provision of the WAAS Service is also cancelled and you must return the WAAS Service equipment you have received or pay the corresponding charge for each device included in the WAAS equipment, as this is published on the Epic Website. In the event of a transfer of ownership of the Epic Fiber Service, the discount for the WAAS Service shall automatically be terminated and the monthly charges for such service shall apply as published on Epic’s website.
4. In case of termination of all your Epic Mobile Telephony plans, in any way whatsoever, the following will apply:
i. €19.99 monthly subscription of Epic Fiber Service for the first 12 months from the beginning of the Minimum Subscription Period, and then monthly subscription is set to €39.99 per month for the remaining Minimum Subscription Period.
ii. Free monthly subscription for the TV Service, for 12 months, from the beginning of the Minimum Subscription Period with no activation fees, and then €7.99 per month for the remainder of the Minimum Subscription Period.
iii. The provision of the WAAS Service for free is cancelled and then you are charged the monthly fee, without any subscription discount, depending on the WAAS plan you have chosen, as this is published on the Epic Website.
iv. Upon expiration of the Minimum Subscription Period, the respective standard monthly subscription fees apply for each of the services as they are posted in Epic’s website.
5. In case of any termination, of any of the services mentioned in the paragraph 3 above, you must pay, a) any amounts you may owe to Epic for the services, b) any respective instalments for any product and/or handset you bought from Epic, and c) the termination charge for each of the service terminated, as these charges are found on the Epic website.
6. Epic One is not available to corporate customers.
7. All prices include VAT.
8. Epic One can only be applied for one connection per address.
9. Epic reserves the right, at its sole discretion to reject any application.
10. You cannot benefit from Epic One retroactively.
11. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with and/or in addition to the following terms and conditions: the Internet and Telephony and Epic Fiber Service, your Epic Mobile Telephony Plan, Epic’s TV Service, Epic’s WiFi as a Service, and/or any other additional services and/or offers you may enjoy.
12. Epic reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Epic One any time. The new terms and conditions will be published here.
