General Terms:
1. The Additional Service “Wi-Fi As A Service” (Service) is available to all “Epic Fiber 1Gbps” Subscribers (does not extend to “Epic Fiber 1Gbps without Telephony”).
2. The Service is available only in areas covered by Epic’s own fiber network. Subscribers can check availability by visiting an Epic store, calling 136 or using the coverage check tool at Epic’s website (www.epic.com.cy). Epic does not guarantee that the Service will be available in all geographical locations and/or addresses within the Republic of Cyprus.
3. These Service Terms and Conditions are supplementary to the Terms and Conditions for Internet & Telephony and to the Terms & Conditions of Epic Fiber.
4. The Agreement for the Service becomes valid from the date of installation of a Wi-Fi Repeater device for accessing and using the Service (herein after as “the Equipment”) and does not have a Minimum Period.
The Service:
5. Epic will provide to the Subscriber the Equipment for accessing the Service.
6. Epic is responsible to install and set-up the Equipment at the installation address of the Subscriber.
7. In the event that the Subscriber relocates from the installation address and wishes to maintain the Service, then the new location must satisfy clauses 1 and 2 above, for the Service to be available and/or to not be terminated.
The Equipment:
8. The Equipment essentially extends the coverage area of the Subscriber’s Wi-Fi network. It works by receiving the existing Wi-Fi signal, amplifying it and then transmitting the boosted signal. With the Equipment, the Subscriber effectively increases the coverage area of the Wi-Fi network.
9. The Equipment remains the property of Epic at all times.
10. Epic will bear the cost of replacement in the event that the Equipment has been damaged through no fault of the Subscriber. In any other case, the Subscriber shall bear the cost of the Equipment and the replacement Equipment installation.
11. A subscriber can upgrade the Service plan at any time. The upgrade of the Service plan requires the installation of additional Equipment which will entail installation charge for the added Equipment as per the published rate at the date of installation.
12. The Subscriber can downgrade the Service plan at any time. The downgrade of the Service plan requires the return of the equivalent number of Equipment by the Subscriber within 5 working days, in a good working condition, to Epic or be liable for the cost for that Equipment.
Termination:
13. The Subscriber can terminate the agreement at any time with no termination fee. The Subscriber will be liable for the full monthly fee.
14. Epic charges the relevant fee to the Subscriber in advance (pre-rated for the full month) irrespective of the date of termination.
15. If the Agreement is terminated, the Subscriber must return the Equipment to Epic in a good working condition or be liable for the cost for that Equipment.
16. If the Subscriber terminates his/her “Epic Fiber 1Gbps” Subscription, the Service also terminates automatically.
Charges:
17. All charges are inclusive of V.A.T. and are charged on the Subscriber’s monthly Epic Fiber service invoice.
18. The Service will be charged at the current and/or published rates until terminated in accordance with this terms and conditions.
19. Prices are correct at the time of their publication, but they may change at the discretion of Epic at any time. Epic shall inform its Subscribers in instances any changes occur on the prices of the Service.
20. Epic may charge the Subscriber any charges and/or expenses resulting from any actions or omissions of the Subscriber (or those authorised by him/her) which require the visit of an Epic technician to restore a fault.
Obligations:
21. In addition to the Subscriber’s obligations set out in the Internet & Telephony and to the Terms & Conditions of Epic Fiber, the Subscriber shall use the Service at its sole discretion and risk.
22. The Subscriber must keep the Equipment in good working condition at all times and inform Epic as soon as possible upon discovering that the Equipment is or has been damaged in any way.
Transmission quality level:
23. In addition to the parameters set out in the Internet & Telephony and to the Terms & Conditions of Epic Fiber, the transmission and/or Service quality depend on a number of factors which may affect the quality of the Service received by the Subscriber, including:
i. Thick walls;
ii. floors and ceiling;
iii. various tangible obstacles;
iv. distance covered;
v. the effect of any interference by other equipment in or near the Subscriber’s premises.
24. As a result, the Subscriber may not receive some or all of the Service in certain areas or at certain times and Epic does not guarantee that the Subscriber's connection will reach any specific speeds.

In the case of termination of Service, the Subscriber must return the Equipment to Epic in a good working condition or be liable for the cost for that Equipment of €74.97 per WiFi device.
