Returns and Cancellation Policy
By law N.133 (I) / 2013 «The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the concluded distance contract or off-premises contract within a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without any charges, except of the charges that are related to the direct cost of returning the goods. Additionally the consumer is charged in the case that he/she expressly opted for a type of delivery other than the standard least expensive that is offered by the trader».
We accept returns and can exchange products within 14 days from the day of purchase given that:
The device is sealed from the manufacturer or from the shop with an epic Safety Sticker. We cannot accept the return of any opened or used product.
The return of the product is accompanied by the original receipt of purchase.
We cannot accept return or exchange of top up cards and consumable products including but not limited to memory cards, DVDs, video game titles and software.
The User can return/exchange a product at any epic shop provided that above terms are satisfied.
Moreover, user can send the product to the online store by courier company in the following address 87 Kennedy Ave, 1077 Nicosia, Cyprus but the user will incur all shipping costs.
Please remove all personal data (computer or wireless data, recordings, videos or DVD's). epic is not responsible for any personal data that are included in the returned product or the product for exchange and offers no guarantee for the preservation of data (personal or otherwise) upon return, exchange, repair products.
Upon receiving the order epic will contact the user via e-mail (at the indicated by the user email address) and / or by telephone to confirm the purchase.
The order can be canceled only when it is in any of the following stages:
- When the order status is pending
- If delivery cannot be made within the time limits set and the user does not wish the completion of the order anymore;
- In case the user does not accept the product upon delivery for the following reasons:
1. The user has changed his mind (in such case, the user will be charged with the shipping costs);
2. The product is defective and cannot be replaced;
- In case the user fails to receive his order within 10 days.
After order completion, the order cannot be changed. If the user wishes to modify his/her order then he/she should cancel it (in accordance with order cancellation terms) and re-select the product(s).
In case a product is not available, the user will be notified of the estimated time delivery via email and / or telephone within a reasonable time frame after placing the order. In this case, the user, if he/she considers that this period does not satisfy him/her, may request the cancellation of the order of this product. Any other products of the order can be executed normally.
The delivery of the product can be executed only, upon presentation of original identification document.
