Youth offer terms & conditions
1. The promotion, is available from 23/01/2022 until 31/12/2023 to any individuals between the ages of 18 - 29 (“Youth customers”) who are new or existing Epic subscribers to any 24-month 5G Unlimited Max & 5G Unlimited Max Plus mobile telephony plans.
2. The offer prices available to Youth customers for the specific plans are set out in Epic’s website and will be valid until the end of the 29th year of age of the subscriber (and/or until the subscriber turns 30 years old).
3. In order for the promotional offering to be valid customers should always be under contract. If the contract is expired then they should renew for another 24 months in order to continue to benefit from the youth offer pricing.
4. Epic reserves the right to amend the present terms and conditions of the promotion at any given time. Any amendments will be posted on the official website of epic.
5. The present terms and conditions apply in combination and/or in addition to the terms and conditions of subscription contract signed by the subscriber.

5G Unlimited Max Plan - T&C's
- Epic's 5G network has over 90% population coverage and over 60% geographical coverage. Epic continually invests in its network to expand its population and geographical coverage.
- A 5G enabled device must be used in order to enjoy Epic's 5G network. If the Subscriber's device is not 5G enabled, the Subscriber’s device will connect to other technologies available on Epic's network (e.g. 4G). If the Subscriber is in a location not covered by Epic's 5G network, the Subscriber's device will automatically switch to the available network and reconnect to Epic’s 5G network once the device is in a location with 5G coverage.
- With the 5G Unlimited Max plan, the Subscriber can use the maximum speed available on Epic’s network, subject to the fair use policy in these terms.
- A fair use limit applies in relation to the use of data. For 5G Unlimited Max plans the fair use limit is 150GB. If the Subscriber exceeds this limit in a calendar month, Epic considers that other users are likely to be adversely affected. If the Subscriber’s use of data exceeds this fair use limit, the maximum speed for data usage will be reduced for the remainder of that calendar month. The data speed reduction will have no impact on browsing, sending/receiving emails and using social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp etc.), making and receiving HD quality video calls, downloading and updating apps, streaming music and videos in HD and full-HD, but services demanding higher bandwidths (e.g. streaming in 4K) will probably be affected.
- The Subscriber must use Epic’s services for private, personal, and legitimate consumer purposes only. This plan is designed for use in devices which can use all plan benefits (voice, SMS and data). Epic offers plans and services for use in other devices such as dongles, routers etc. Epic monitors subscribers’ use of the Services to identify whether a subscriber uses the Services in accordance with these terms and Epic’s policies and to monitor network performance. Epic may implement measures to manage the traffic across its network in exceptional circumstances (i) to prevent impending network congestion and/or (ii) to mitigate the effects of any exceptional or temporary network congestion and/or (iii) to preserve the integrity and security of its networks, services, or equipment and/or (iv) to ensure that the service received by the Subscriber is not affected by a minority of users generating high network demand (e.g. large bandwidths over long periods of time). In such circumstances or if the Subscriber is does not use the services in accordance with these terms, Epic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reduce the speed available to such Subscriber and take other appropriate measures.
- In accordance with the “Roam Like At Home” Regulation, a fair usage policy applies, with a 20GB limit on the volume of data the Subscriber can use for free while roaming within the EU. After reaching the above limit, the Subscriber is notified accordingly and cannot use data while on roaming until the end of the month. The Subscriber has the option to continue using data at additional charges (roaming charges apply) if the specific facility has been activated at an Epic store or by calling 136.
- These terms and conditions apply in addition to the terms and conditions of the subscription contract.

- The 5G Unlimited Max Plus mobile plan includes 100 minutes of international calls per month, while connected to epic's mobile network in the Republic of Cyprus, to the following destinations (mobile and fixed numbers): Alaska, American Virgin Islands, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guam, Hawaii, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Slovak Republic, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City
