PAYG Service – “Prepaid Registration Offer”

1.   The Offer “Prepaid Registration Bonus” (the “Offer”), is available from the 05/09/2025 until the 03/12/2025 (the “Offer Period”), for subscribers who will proceed with the registration of their Pay as You Go service connection (the “PAYG” or “Service”).

2.   If you proceed with the registration of your PAYG number, whether you are an individual or a legal entity, by providing to Epic the necessary personal information (name, surname, identification document number) or, in the case of company/organization, the corresponding corporate details (registered name, registration number and registered office) (the “Registration”), within the Offer Period, you will be eligible to benefit from a 100GB Data bonus as Mobile Data (the “Bonus”), that you can use to enjoy the PAYG service via your PAYG number. 3.   The Bonus is specific, strictly personal and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money, nor exchanged for any other gift or product or service, or act as a set-off for any amount you might owe towards Epic.

4.   The Bonus cannot be transferred to any other PAYG subscriber.

5.   Once you successfully proceed with the Registration of the PAYG Service, you will receive the Bonus after your successful Registration. The Bonus will be available to be used within 30 days from the Activation Date. Any unused balance of the Bonus after the expiration of the 30 days where the Bonus is available, will be lost.

6.   If you have used all the available data from the PAYG pack you purchased and the Bonus, then the normal published out of bundle rate will apply.

7.   Epic reserves the right to terminate or modify the Offer at any time without prior notice. The new terms and conditions will be posted on Epic’s website.

8.   The terms and conditions of the Offer, are supplementary and apply in addition with the applicable terms and conditions of the Epic Pay As You Go service and/or any other relevant additional service and/or applicable offer.  

PAYG-OFFER-REG-ENG-27/11/2025

1. The “Christmas Offer 2025” (the "Offer"), is available from the 17/11/2025 until the 12/01/2026 or while stocks last (the “Offer Period”), and consists of 3 parts – “Christmas 1 – Discount on Device” (“Christmas 1”), “Christmas 2 – Discount on monthly fee for new subscription plans” (“Christmas 2”) and “Christmas 3 – Discount on monthly fee for renewals” (“Christmas 3”).

2. If you are a subscriber of another telecommunications provider and proceed with number portability of your number to Epic’s network, and subscribe to Epic’s 5G Unlimited Max or 5G Unlimited Max Plus mobile telephony plan (any of these the “Plan”) for a minimum subscription period of 24 months (the “Minimum Period”), then you can enjoy the Christmas 1 and Christmas 2 offers together or the Christmas 2 offer separately.

3. If you are a new subscriber of Epic and proceed with a new number to Epic’s 5G Unlimited Max or 5G Unlimited Max Plus mobile telephony plan (any of these the “Plan”) for a minimum subscription period of 24 months (the “Minimum Period”), then you can enjoy the Christmas 2 offer.

4. If you are an existing Epic mobile telephony subscriber, and proceed with the renewal of your plan to Epic’s 5G Unlimited Max or 5G Unlimited Max Plus mobile telephony plan (any of these the “Plan”) for a minimum subscription period of 24 months (the “Minimum Period”), you can enjoy the Christmas 1 and Christmas 3 offers together, or the Christmas 3 offer separately.

5. Christmas 1 - Discount on Device: If you satisfy the criteria in paragraph 2 or paragraph 4 above, with the Christmas 1 you can benefit with the discount on (i) 1 device or (ii) a bundle of devices set out in paragraph 5(f) below, which will be calculated subject to the subscription Plan you have chosen, with the following discounts:

1. Christmas 1 does not apply to number portability from a prepaid plan.
2.  The total discount on each device depends on the Plan you have chosen, and cannot exceed the amount of €400. .
3. The discount on the device will be applied to the retail price of the devices that will be available during the Offer Period and/or until the stocks last.
4. The purchase of any device or bundle with the payment of monthly instalments is subject to your agreement to settle your monthly bill via direct debit.
5. If you benefit from Christmas 1, you do not have the right to downgrade your plan; you may only upgrade your Plan (from 5G Unlimited Max to 5G Unlimited Max Plus), during the Minimum Period.
6. Bundles of devices which can benefit from Christmas 1 offer are:

 
g. The Device Insurance service can be combined with the current Offer, but if the subscriber chooses one of the bundles of devices, then the Device Insurance will apply only to Device 1, and there is no option to insure Device 2.

 6. Christmas 2 - Discount on the monthly fee for new subscription plans: With the Christmas 2 Offer, you will benefit with a discount on the monthly fee of your Plan for the Minimum Period:

1. If you satisfy the criteria in paragraph 2 or paragraph 3, and will proceed with the subscription Plan, the following discounts apply:

* If you benefit from Christmas 1, you do not have the right to downgrade your plan; you may only upgrade your Plan (from 5G Unlimited Max to 5G Unlimited Max Plus), during the Minimum Period.

7. Christmas 3 - Discount on the monthly fee for renewals: With the Christmas 3 Offer, if you satisfy the criteria in paragraph 4, you will benefit with a discount on the monthly fee of your Plan for the Minimum Period:

*If you benefit from Christmas 1, you do not have the right to downgrade your plan; you may only upgrade your Plan (from 5G Unlimited Max to 5G Unlimited Max Plus), during the Minimum Period.

8. This Offer is not valid for corporate customers.

9. The terms and conditions of the Offer apply in parallel and/or in addition to the terms and conditions of the Epic Mobile Telephony Service, the terms and conditions of your subscription plan, the terms and conditions for the purchase of the device with monthly instalments, the terms and conditions of the device insurance and any other terms and conditions of any additional service or offer you enjoy.

10. Εpic reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Offer, at any time. The new terms and conditions will be published at Epic’s website. 1.  The "50% discount on Additional Lines - Additional discount on the monthly fee for new subscription plans" (the "Offer"), is valid from 27/11/2025 to 12/01/2026 (the "Offer Period"), for subscribers who will proceed with number portability from another provider and/or by transfer from their prepaid mobile phone (the "New Subscription") to the same account.

2.  If you subscribe to a New Subscription to an Epic 5G Unlimited Max or 5G Unlimited Max Plus Mobile Plan (the "Plan"), for a minimum subscription period of 24 months, then you will benefit from a discount on the monthly fee of the Plan for 24 months, from the price of the current discount offer, as shown below:

3. The Offer cannot be combined with the «Christmas Offer 2025» 

4.  The Offer is valid for subscribers who will proceed with number portability from another telecommunications provider and/or by transfer from their prepaid number.

5.  Each subscriber can take advantage of the Offer for up to 4 New Subscriptions.

6.  The Offer cannot be transferred to another plan if you wish to change plans during the 24-month period of your Plan.

7.  The Offer is not available for corporate customers.

8.  If you proceed with number portability from another provider's subscription plan, you have the option to purchase a device with the payment of monthly installments, which requires that you accept the payment of your monthly bill, through a standing Bank Order (Direct Debit), provided that you meet Epic's requirements for the purchase of a device via instalments.

9.  Epic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice. The new terms and conditions will be posted on Epic's website. 

10.  These terms and conditions apply in parallel with and/or in addition to the terms and conditions for the purchase of a device in monthly instalments as well as the terms and conditions of the Subscription Plan.

  PAYM-OFF-T&C-50%ADDLIN-NEW-ENG-28/11/25

1. The promotion, is available from 23/01/2022 until 30/09/2025 to any individuals between the ages of 18 - 29 (“Youth customers”) who are new or existing Epic subscribers to any 24- month 5G Unlimited Max & 5G Unlimited Max Plus mobile telephony plans.

2. The offer prices available to Youth customers for the specific plans are set out in Epic’s website and will be valid until the end of the 29th year of age of the subscriber (and/or until the subscriber turns 30 years old).

3. In order for the promotional offering to be valid customers should always be under contract. If the contract is expired then they should renew for another 24 months in order to continue to benefit from the youth offer pricing.

4. Epic reserves the right to amend the present terms and conditions of the promotion at any given time. Any amendments will be posted on the official website of epic.

5. The present terms and conditions apply in combination and/or in addition to the terms and conditions of subscription contract signed by the subscriber.

1. The offer Home & Go Internet (“Offer”) provides the combination of any Home Internet or Epic Fiber or Broadband Homebox service (“Fixed Internet Plan”) with a Mobile Broadband 100GB plan (“MBB Service”) as per clause 3 below.

2. The Offer is available:

    a. to subscribers of the Home Internet and Epic Fiber services from the 8th of June 2023 until the 31st of December 2025.

    b. to subscribers of the Broadband Homebox service from the 30th of April 2024 until the 31st of December 2025.

    (both periods will be referred together as the “Offer Period”).

3. The Offer is available at Epic Stores, or selected Epic’s associates or at 159, to the following physical persons:

    a. all existing Fixed Internet Plan subscribers;

    b. to anyone who has already applied for any Fixed Internet Plan and their plan has not yet been activated; and

    c. to all new Fixed Internet Plan subscribers who apply simultaneously for both Fixed Internet Plan and the MBB Service;

    (all of them together will be referred to as the “Subscribers”, with Epic).

4. It is noted that this Offer is available only once, to Subscribers of the aforementioned Fixed Internet Plans, who wish to obtain the MBB Service, irrespective of the number of active Fixed Internet Plans the said Subscriber has.

5. The Offer consists of the provision of MBB Service at the discounted fee of €3.99/month (in addition to the monthly Fixed Internet Plan fee), with free SIM card activation fee, for as long as the Fixed Internet Plan is active.

6. The MBB Service will be charged at the nominal fee, according to the advertised fees at the time being, if:

    a. the Fixed Internet Plan is terminated for any reason;

    b. the Fixed Internet Plan application (irrespective of whether it has been applied simultaneously with the MBB Service) is cancelled for any reason; and

    c. the Fixed Internet Plan that is in the activation process, is not activated within 3 months from the initial application date for any reason.

7. The MBB Service does not allow for the temporary disconnection service.

8. The MBB Service is offered without any minimum subscription period.

9. Epic reserves the right to modify the MBB Service, at its absolute discretion.

10. Epic reserves the right to reject any application at its absolute discretion.

11. Epic reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time, at its absolute discretion. Any amendments will be posted on Epic’s official website.

12. The terms and conditions of this Offer apply in combination and/or in addition and/or supplementary to the terms and conditions of the Fixed Internet Plan and of the Mobile Broadband Service.

«Holiday Internet Offer – Unlimited Data with new Holiday Internet package purchase»

Terms and Conditions 

1. The "Holiday Internet Offer – Unlimited Data with new purchases of Holiday Internet packages" (hereinafter the "Offer"), is valid from 01/06/2024 until 31/12/2025, or until the Holiday Internet packages sold at selected points of sale are exhausted (hereinafter the "Offer Period").  

2. Epic offers you, if you purchase one of the Holiday Internet packages within the Offer Period, unlimited Data, which can be used within the validity period of the Holiday Internet package.   

3. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with and/or in addition to the terms and conditions of the PAYG Service, and/or the Holiday Internet Service, and/or any other service or offer you enjoy.   

4. Epic reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time. The new terms and conditions will be posted on Epic's website.

1. The Homebox Youth Offer (“Offer”), is available from the 01/09/2024 until the 30/09/2025, if you are between the ages of 18 – 29, and are a new or existing Epic subscriber to any of Epic’s 24-month HomeBox1 or HomeBox2 or HomeBox3 plan (“Plan(s)”).

2. With the Offer, if you are eligible as per the above criteria, you can enjoy Offer prices for the specific Plans set out in Epic’s website. You will enjoy the Offer price until the day you turn 30 years old.

3. The Offer is available for existing subscribers on an Epic active 18 or 24 months mobile plan, the subscription of which was not suspended in the last 18 months.

4. Epic reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Offer at any given time. Any amendments will be posted on Epic’s website.

5. The present terms and conditions apply in combination and/or in addition to the terms and conditions of the Mobile Telephony Service, the terms and conditions of the subscription Plan, and any other additional service and/or offer you may enjoy.

  HB-YOUTH-OFF-T&C-ENG-10/07/2025

1. The Offer “Broadband Homebox – 12 months discount to the monthly fee” (hereinafter the "Offer") is available to existing Epic subscribers of any Mobile Telephony 24 month subscription plan , whose subscription has not been suspended in the last 18 months of their contract, and who wish subscribe to the Broadband Homebox (hereinafter "BHB") service for a minimum contract duration of 24 months.

2. The Offer period is from 27/01/2022 until 30/09/2025.

3. With the Offer, the Subscribers will benefit with discount on the monthly fee for 12 months, as per below:

1.       The “Holiday House” Offer is available from 01/07/2025  until 31/12/2025 and is available to existing Epic Home Internet subscribers who have an active Home Internet service (Fiber or xDSL) with Epic and an active  Epic mobile telephony service with an active 18- or 24-month mobile plan, which has not been suspended in the last 18 months (“Eligible Subscribers”).

2.       With the Offer, Eligible Subscribers can enjoy the HomeBox1, HomeBox 2 and HomeBox 3 service at the promotional price of €9.99/month, as long as their Home Internet service remains active.

3.       An activation fee of €9.99 applies for the HomeBox service under this Offer.

4.       The HomeBox Service is offered on a month-by-month basis with no minimum duration.

5.       The Offer price is valid for the period during which the Eligible Person maintains an active Home Internet service. In case of termination of the Home Internet service, the price of the HomeBox Service will be the advertised price of the relevant HomeBox plan without any offers.

6.       Epic reserves the right at its own discretion, to reject any application.

1.   The “Discount of the Home Internet Installation Price offer (the “Offer”) is available to all new Home Internet Service Subscribers (the “Service”) and existing Subscribers who will be relocated to a new address, within the Offer Period for a minimum subscription period of 24 months (the “Minimum Period”).

2.   The Offer is available for applications submitted between 16/06/2025 and 31/12/2025 (“Offer Period”).

3.   With the Offer, a new Home Internet Subscriber will obtain a discount on the price for the installation of the Service at their premises as follows:

3. Subscribers shall receive a discount on the monthly fee of their Home Internet service for as long as the present offer continues to apply.

4. The offer is valid only with the signing of a new 24month Home Internet contract and a 24month Epic PayMonthly contract. Regarding our existing Epic PayMonthly subscribers, the offer is valid upon their registration in the system and shall continue to be valid provided that they will proceed with a 24month renewal of their Epic PayMonthly contract. Our existing Home Internet subscribers shall proceed with the modification of the provided services without any charges and sign the Modification Service Form for the transfer to any Home Internet plan. The present offer shall continue to apply only with the renewals of Epic PayMonthly contract and Home Internet contract upon their expiration.

5. The discount on a device and/or getting a free of charge device, applies only to new Epic PayMonthly subscribers with the signing of a 24months subscription contract and to our existing Epic PayMonthly subscribers only with the renewal of their 24month contract.

6. The present terms and conditions apply supplementary to the terms and conditions of the Home Internet plans and Epic PayMonthly subscription contract.

1. This competition ("Competition"), is run by Epic Ltd ("Epic") and is hosted on Epic's Instagram page. The terms of the Competition are outlined below. Your participation to the Competition implies your unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Competition / Prize:

(a) The Competition will run from the 29th of October 2025 until the 9th of November 2025.

(b) On the 29th of October 2025, Epic will issue a post on its Instagram page. To participate in the Competition, you must, before the 9th of November 2025, do all of the following (i) "follow" Epic's Instagram page, (ii) "Like" the post of the Competition, (iii) tag a person in the comments

(c) Upon completing the above steps, participants automatically enter the draw which will take place on the 11th of November 2025.

3. Right to Participate in the Competition:

(a) Eligible to participate in the Competition are persons who maintain an Instagram account that corresponds to a profile of a real natural person.

(b) Such users must be permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus, have reached the age of 18, on the date of their participation in the Competition, and have legal capacity to participate.

(c) Anyone entitled to take part in the Competition and receive the Prize, regardless of whether they are an Epic customer or not.

4. Exclusion of Participants:

(a) The following categories of persons are excluded from participating in the Competition:

i. Epic employees,

ii. employees of representatives and/or associates and/or any authorized legal entities appointed by Epic for the implementation of this Competition,

iii. first-degree relatives as well as the spouses of the abovementioned persons, and

iv. those who use a pseudonym when using the social networking platform (Instagram), as a result of which they cannot be authenticated.

(b) Disqualification may be made at any stage of the Competition, even at the stage of delivery/acceptance of the Prize.

(c) Epic reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any entry submitted in an irregular manner and/or which is linked to offensive content, to reject entries that violate these terms, as well as to cancel subsequently entries that do not comply with these terms. Any defamatory or obscene comments, or posts that violate the copyrights or other rights of third parties, may be deleted from Epic's account, at its sole discretion.

5. Receipt of the Prize:

(a) The winner will be informed by Epic with a relevant personal message on their Instagram account.

(b) In case of non-response or non-acceptance of the Prize by a winner within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the above notification, the Prize will be given to the next runner-up, as he has emerged from the relevant draw (and so on).

(c) The winner’s name and/or photo of acceptance of the Prize will be posted on Epic's accounts on Instagram and Facebook, provided the winner has given his/her consent.

6. Epic will not be liable for any failure, error, omission or inaccuracy in transmitting, receiving and registering participation on Instagram or the incorrect or incomplete operation of Instagram, which is due to force majeure or the actions of third parties.

7. Information on Personal Data Processing.

(a) The personal data provided to Epic (“Data”) will be used by Epic only for the purposes of the Competition. While processing the Data, Epic will apply appropriate technical and organizational data protection measures.

(b) The data will be kept by Epic for as long as necessary, for the purpose of awarding the Prize.

(c) It is noted that the winner reserves the right to: access, correct or delete his/her Data, or restrict the processing of the Data which concerns him/her, object to the processing of the Data, as well as the portability of the Data, in accordance with the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of such Data, Law of 2018 (L.125(I)2018).

8. Epic reserves the right to revoke the promotion for the Competition or to modify its terms at any time and without notice.

9. The Competition is not promoted, controlled, administered or affiliated in any way with Instagram.

The competition “Epic Robbie Williams” (”Competition”), is organised by Epic Ltd (“Epic”) and is hosted on a dedicated webpage, subject to the following terms and conditions. Participation in the Competition implies the unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

1.       Competition / Duration of the Competition / Right of participation to the Competition / Prize of the Competition

a.       The Competition will run from the 23/07/2025 until the 07/09/2025 (“Duration of the Competition”).

b.       To participate to the Competition, you must be a natural person, and you must be a permanent resident of the Republic of Cyprus, have reached the age of 18 on the date of participation in the Competition, and have legal capacity to participate.

d.       The draw will be held after the end of the Duration of the Competition, on 08/09/2025.

e.       Each person can participate once (1) in the Competition (i.e. they can only fill in their details once (1) time in the Participation Form).

f.        The draw will announce one (1) winner, who will win:
