Epic International Call Saver service, is the ideal service for Epic subscribers who are making frequent phone calls to international destinations, as it allows them to call at lower rates.
By using the Epic International Call Saver service, the subscriber can save up to 81%.
How to activate epic International Call Saver service:
Dial *9292# to activate the service free of charge.
If you are an Epic contract plan subscriber you can also activate the service by sending a text message to 1616 with the indication “INT ON”.
How to use the service:
Simply dial 9292 before the international number you wish to call.
ie. 9292 + 00 + Country Code + number
For example, if you wish to make a call to Greece, then you should dial: 9292 + 00 + 30 + 69XXXXXXX
Note: Any international call without the use of the prefix will be charged at standard rates.
How to deactivate the service:
Dial *9292# to deactivate the service.
If you are an Epic contract plan subscriber you can also deactivate the service by sending a text message to 1616 with the indication “INT OFF”.

The Service is available to Epic PayMonthly or Epic Up2U subscribers. All other terms and conditions of the Epic PayMonthly or epic Up2U contract will apply
Lower rates apply only upon activation of the Service by the subscriber and only when the prefix 9292 is used prior to each international number. Any international call without the use of the prefix will be charged at standard rates
The service is not available while roaming. If the subscriber wishes to use his/her line while abroad, standard roaming rates will apply. Click here to see the roaming rates
Upon deactivation of the service, standard Epic PayMonthly or Epic Up2U rates will apply.

The international call charges will be charged per minute.
Terms & Conditions for Epic PayAsYouGo subscribers
The Service is available to Epic PayAsYouGo subscribers. Activation is free, while the deactivation charge is €1 (incl.VAT). All other terms and conditions of the Epic PayAsYouGo connection pack will apply.
Epic PayAsYouGo Double Pack Subscribers that choose to activate the Service will no longer be entitled to the 50% discount for calls made to the second Double Pack number.
