Terms & Conditions for the pre-order of Samsung Galaxy S25 | S25+ | S25 Ultra

1. Epic offers to you the opportunity to proceed with the pre-order of the new mobile device: Samsung Galaxy S25 | S25+ | S25 Ultra (each of them the “Device”), from the 23rd of January 2025 until the 06th of February 2025 at 23:59 p.m. (the “Pre-order Period”).

2. The pre-order of the Device will be available for the first hundred (100) persons who will subscribe to any new Epic’s 24-month Subscription Plan, or Subscription Plan Renewal or Smartphone Anytime, through which the Device will be purchased (the “Pre-Order”).

3. Provided that you meet the criteria of paragraph 2 above, for the Pre-order Period, Epic offers to you a discount up to €240.00 off the retail price of the Device you Pre-Order and purchase if:

a)you are a subscriber of another telecommunications provider, and will proceed via Epic’s online store, Epic eStore, with number portability to Epic’s 5G Unlimited Max or 5G Unlimited Max Plus Mobile Telephony Plan for a minimum subscription period of 24 months; or

b)you are an existing subscriber of an Epic’s mobile telephony service and proceed with the renewal of your subscription plan via Epic’s online store, Epic eStore, to Epic’s 5G Unlimited Max or 5G Unlimited Max Plus Mobile Telephony Plan for a minimum subscription period of 24 months.

4. Pre-orders cannot be combined with any other online retail offer.

5. If you proceed with the Pre-order of the new Device during the Pre-order Period, you can choose to receive the device at any Epic store in Cyprus or for it to be delivered at your premises after the official availability date of the devices (which currently is expected to be on the 07th of February 2025) Samsung Galaxy S25 | S25+ | S25 Ultra.

6. The Pre-order is available only through Epic`s Online Store, Epic eStore (www.epic.com.cy)

7. Delivery of the Pre-ordered Device will be on a first come first served basis.

8. These terms and conditions refer to the pre-order of the Device only. The way of payment of the Device, either that is through pre-payment or through monthly instalments, including any possible discount on the retail price of the Device, depends on the Epic subscription plan you choose. The terms and conditions of Epic’s subscription plan, along with any terms and conditions of any combining offer, apply in conjunction with these terms.

9.  The Terms and Conditions of Epic’s Online Store which are posted at www.epic.com.cy, as well as the terms and conditions for the purchase of a device with monthly instalments, apply supplementary.

10. Epic reserves the right to modify the Pre-Order terms and conditions at any time. The new terms and conditions will be posted on Epic's website.
