The main feature of the Home Internet plans is the fact that you can enjoy unlimited and fast internet access at home, through Epic's fast speed internet network.
Additionally, you can add Fixed Telephony, to be able to enjoy calls from your fixed line to all fixed & mobile lines all over Cyprus, whether these are Epic subscribers or not with low rates. Of course, there are some restrictions concerning calls abroad, calls to premium rate numbers and calls to short and special numbers.
Fixed Telephony is optional as add-on service on Home Internet plans. In case you need a fixed telephone number you must add it.
You do not have to change your existing number. You may keep it and simply transfer your line to Epic. You only have to select a Home Internet plan, add Fixed Telephony and Epic will take care of the rest.
Yes. Each telephone number is charged separately and respective fee is clearly shown in monthly invoice.
Your plan includes telephony services free of charge (call forwarding, call waiting, caller ID, voicemail, etc.), free provision of high standard equipment and its installation, which will be carried out by our trained personnel and many more.

The process is completed within 15 working days. In the event of any delays, Epic will inform you in a timely manner about such a possibility. This may be the case if there are delays due to external factors that are out of Epic’s control, such as rejection of a portability application by the current provider, incomplete documentation, etc.

Moreover, it has an advanced telephone system and it may be used as a media server. It also offers the option of forwarding faxes via e-mail and plenty of other functions.

You will need your ID card and/or passport, and a proof of address document. In case you will transfer your existing internet connection from another provider to Epic, you will also need the last month’s invoice from the other provider.
Installation fee:
The installation fee for Home Internet 10, 20, 30, 50, 80 & 100Mbps is €99. The payment of the installation fee can be divided in 24 monthly instalments.
Fixed Telephony Service: Add up to 2 fixed telephone lines, with the capability to keep your existing telephone number:
Telephony Plus: If you call abroad often, then with only an extra €5 on the monthly fee, you can connect with a Telephony Plus plan that includes 300 minutes of airtime for calls to fixed lines of 12 international destinations.
The change of the fixed internet plan to another fixed internet plan (downgrade) within the 24month subscription, is subject to a charge of €20.00
In the case of service termination, the cost for not returning the equipment is: €58
