Terms & Conditions for the pre-order of Apple iPhone 17 | iPhone Air | iPhone 17 Pro
1. Epic offers to you the opportunity to proceed with the pre-order of the new mobile device: iPhone 17, Air, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max (hereinafter the “Device”), from the 12th of September 2025 until the 18th of September 2025 (herein after the “Pre-order Period”).
2. The pre-order of the Device will be available for the first one hundred (100) persons who will subscribe to any new 24-month Subscription Plan, Subscription Plan Renewal or Smartphone Anytime.
3. If you will proceed with the pre-order of the new Device during the Pre-order Period, you can choose to receive the device at any Epic store in Cyprus or to be delivered at your premises after the official availability date (which currently is 19/09/25) for iPhone 17, Air, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max.
4. The pre-order is available only through Epic's Online Store, Epic eStore (www.epic.com.cy).
5. Pre-orders cannot be combined with any other retail offer.
6. Delivery of the pre-ordered devices will be on a first come first served basis.
7. These terms and conditions refer to the pre-order of the Device only. The way of payment of the Device, either that is through pre-payment or through a monthly fee, including any possible discount on the retail price of the Device, depends on the Epic subscription plan chosen by you. The terms and conditions of Epic’s subscription plan, along with any terms and conditions of any combining offer, apply supplementary.
8. The Terms and Conditions of Epic’s Online Store which are posted at www.epic.com.cy, and the terms and conditions for the purchase of a device with monthly instalments, apply supplementarily.
9. Epic reserves the right to modify the Pre-Order terms and conditions at any time. The new terms and conditions will be posted on Epic's website.
