1. The Additional Service Epic Mobile Security is available to all Mobile Subscribers of Epic.
2. The Additional Epic Service Mobile Security is provided by Epic in collaboration with CheckPoint ("the Manufacturer").
3. The Additional Service provides protection to the Subscriber's device from harmful electronic risks. Detailed protection content is available on Epic’s website.
4. The installation is carried out by downloading the Software through instructions provided in the message (SMS) that the Subscriber will receive after his request for receipt of the Additional Service. The instructions are also available on the Epic’s website https://www.epic.com.cy/en/page/~2R2Tfe8y/epic-mobile-security and upon execution of the Software. The Subscriber can install the Software to as many devices as he wishes, but the Additional Service can only be activated on one device.
5. In order to activate the Additional Service and for the Subscriber protection as per above, monitoring of the Subscriber's internet traffic through the Software is required, when the Subscriber is navigating through the mobile network or via WiFi network. The Subscriber hereby declares that he has been informed and consents to the specific processing of his/her traffic data, which is absolutely necessary for the provision of the Additional Service and only for the specific purpose in accordance with the privacy policy of the Manufacturer as available at the link "here".
6. The copyright of the Software belongs to the Manufacturer. The Subscriber must accept the use terms as described in the "Terms of Use" for the installation of the Software, as well as accept the privacy policy of the Manufacturer. The acceptance is completed by downloading the Software and its initial activation, where the terms are made available to the Subscriber for acceptance or rejection.
7. EPIC does not warrant the correctness, accuracy, reliability, or other relevant property of the Software and does not provide any warranty as to its marketability, suitability for the specific purpose and use, or to the security against third party attacks or force majeure events of the services which are subject to terms and conditions.
8. EPIC assumes no responsibility for the Software and/or for any malfunction, reduced performance or discontinuation of the Additional Service. EPIC is not liable for any damage caused to the Subscriber by the installation and use of the Additional Service.
9. The Additional Service may be activated or deactivated by the Subscriber in one of the following ways:
10. The monthly fee of the Additional Service is incorporated to the monthly invoice of the Subscriber.

The Additional Service is deactivated in the event there is a) a request by the Subscriber, b) a cancellation of the Subscriber's mobile telephony connection, c) a transfer of the mobile telephony connection to another person, d) a transfer of the connection to a service to which the Additional Service is not provided or e) a transition from mobile to prepaid contract.

13. These terms and conditions apply supplementary to the General Terms, the terms and conditions of Mobile Telephony and any Additional Services and/or Offers of the Subscriber.
PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
Service type: Additional Service: Epic Mobile Security
1. Equipment: No equipment is delivered. The Service is available on the Subscriber's device whose mobile subscription connection is active. The activation of the Service is done by downloading the Software by sending a message (sms) to 8060 writing "security on".
2. Operating systems: Android and iOS.
3. Price: 1,99 euros (including 19% VAT) per month.
4. Payment / Delivery / Execution: (a) The price is included on the Subscriber's monthly invoice and the payment is made monthly by bank order or at an Epic store. (b) The delivery of the service is made by activating the Service. It is the Subscriber's obligation to download the Software after his instruction to activate the Service.
5. Contract Duration: Monthly without minimum period or early termination fee.
6. Right of Withdrawal from the Additional Service: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the activation date of the Service, without stating the reasons and without any charge and/or use of the Service. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Service must be deactivated. Deactivation can be done by sending a message (sms) to the 8060 by writing "security off", through the Epic store or through the Epic 136 customer service center.

Complaints: For any complaints, please contact us first and in case it is not resolved then you can contact the Communications Commissioner (http://www.ocecpr.ee.cy/) or the Electronic Dispute Resolution platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
