Activate a Mobile Broadband plan to enjoy internet wherever you are:

at selected associates’ stores,

through e-Store.

You will need your ID card and/or passport, and a proof-of-address document.

Data Booster is a data bundle that becomes available when you consume all your inclusive data.

Ways to activate the data booster for Mobile Broadband service:

*SMS: Send “Top up” to 6020.
Contact our Call Center at 136.

*The SMS must be sent from the mobile number that is selected as the preferred contact number of the service.

This bundle acts as a small data booster to cover your data needs until the end of the month. Once you reach 90% of data usage, Epic will inform you via SMS that your inclusive data is reaching its limit. You will then be given the choice of activating the Data Booster that corresponds to your plan.

Epic announces that the functionality of sending and receiving SMS through Mobile Broadband plans, is enabled.

If you used all your inclusive data volume, you have the following options:

Activate Data Booster when epic notifies you via SMS that your data usage has reached the 80%
