The Smartphone Αnytime service gives mobile subscribers to Epic contract plans, the opportunity to get a new smartphone, whenever and as many times as they wish, without waiting for their contract to expire.
After repaying your existing smartphone, you are entitled to a new one! You can get a new device with monthly instalments equal to the remaining months of your contract plan and enjoy the same benefits.
Find out the maximum instalment amount for every new device depending on your Epic mobile telephony plan and set the monthly instalments period you prefer:

Example of using the Smartphone Anytime service:
If you are a subscriber to a 5G Unlimited Max plan and would like a €400 smartphone with 12 monthly instalments, the below apply:
Maximum Instalment amount for device: €720
Monthly instalment: €33.33 x 12
Paying upfront: €0
If after paying for this device, you want one more smartphone, this time worth €500 and you wish to set 6 monthly instalments, then the below apply:
Maximum Instalment amount for new device: €720
Monthly instalment: €83.33 x 6
Paying upfront: €0
For your 24month contract to expire, you still got 6 more months, therefore if you wish, you may get yet another smartphone, as long as you choose a 6 month instalments period!

Terms & Conditions of the SMARTPHONE ANYTIME service for Mobile Subscriptions from 19/02/2019
1. The Smartphone Anytime Service (herein after the «Service») of Epic ltd (herein after «Epic»), refers to the option given to a Mobile Telephony Plan (herein after the «Mobile Plan») Subscriber to purchase a Device (herein after the «Device»).
2. The Service is available for:
2.1. Number Portability of a Post-paid contract any epic 24-months Mobile Telephony Plan:
2.1.1. Applies upon submission of new connections
2.1.2. Applies within the first 24 months of the contract
2.2. Renewals to existing Subscribers of Mobile Plans:
2.2.1. Applies upon Contract Renewal
2.2.2. Applies within the first 24 months of the renewed contract
3. Other criteria for Renewal in combination with Smartphone Anytime:
3.1. Be active at least for the last 6 months.
3.2. Their line was not suspended more than once in the last 18 months.
3.3. The total amount paid by the Subscriber during the 6-month contract period was more than €60.
4. The monthly instalments amounts may vary depending on the Mobile Plan chosen by the Subscriber. The Subscriber must cover the retail price of the Device either:
4.1. in full,
4.2. partially and the rest of the retail price via instalments or
4.3. via instalments during the duration of his Mobile Plan which could vary from 6 to 24 months.
5. The instalment duration of 2.1 and 2.2 above cannot exceed the remaining months of the Mobile Plan.
6. In the event of a Mobile Plan termination prior to its expiration date, the Subscriber must settle the remaining monthly instalments of the Device upon termination.
7. The Service requires Subscribers to accept the settlement of their monthly bill via Standing Order (Direct Debit).
8. The Subscriber may have a maximum of two (2) monthly instalment of Devices under his name, regardless of the amount of 24-month Mobile Plan numbers there may be under that name.
9. The present terms and conditions apply supplementary to the terms and conditions of the subscription contract.
10. The Service may be amended at any time by epic. The new terms and conditions will be posted on the official website of epic.
Terms & Conditions - For Number Portability to MTN mobile telephony plans from 25/07/2018 until 18/02/2019
1. Applies only to connections with number portability to 24month MTN mobile telephony contracts and discount on invoice.
2. The subscriber has the choice to purchase the mobile handset on monthly instalments provided that he/she accepts to use the Direct Debit for the settlement of the monthly bill.
3. Monthly instalments may vary depending on the plan chosen by MTN mobile telephony subscriber, must cover the retail price of the handset in whole and/or in part and the installments duration could be from 6 to 24 months. The installments duration cannot exceed the remaining months until the expiration of the contract.
4. In the event of contract termination prior to the minimum contract period, the subscriber must settle the amount of the remaining monthly instalments.
5. The offer is not available for number portability from a prepaid line.
6. The present terms and conditions apply supplementary to the terms and conditions of the subscription contract.
Terms & Conditions - For Existing MTN mobile telephony subscribers from 25/07/2018 until 18/02/2019
1. Existing MTN mobile telephony Subscribers that their Contact has not expired, can benefit from monthly installments for the purchase of a device.
2. Monthly instalments may vary depending on the plan chosen by MTN mobile telephony subscriber, must cover the retail price of the handset in whole and/or in part and the installments duration could be from 6 to 24 months. The installments duration cannot exceed the remaining months until the expiration of the contract.
3. New Subscribers and Subscribers that transferred their number from a prepaid service (either MTN PayAsYouGo or from other operator) to any 24 months MTN mobile telephony plan they should meet the following criteria:
- Should be active at least for the last 6 months
- Their line was not suspended for the last 18 months
- The total amount paid by the subscriber during the 6month contract period was more than €60
4. The present terms and conditions apply in addition to the terms and conditions of the installments scheme.
