Senior Finance Manager – Budgeting & Reporting

The role:
We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager – Budgeting & Reporting to join our team! The successful candidate will be leading the budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes across the company, playing a critical role in supporting strategic financial decision-making.

Your Responsibilities:
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation.
• Consolidate departmental budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and trends.
• Provide high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external financial reporting standards.
• Collaborate closely with accounting, operations, and business unit leaders to gather relevant financial data.

Your Profile:
• BSc Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, or any other relevant field
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA)
• Very good knowledge of IFRSs and taxation
• Minimum 7-10 years of extensive finance experience, with at least two years in similar position.
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal in English and Greek
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., Power query/Power pivots)
• Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, or similar ERP systems)
• Multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
• Strategic and analytical thinking, problem solving and result oriented
• Strong ability to lead, coach and influence people and teams
• Excellent managerial, planning and organising skills
