You must register your number by December 8th, otherwise your connection will be deactivated.
Registration is mandatory by law.
If your mobile phone has been lost or stolen, follow the steps below to protect your number and device and increase the chances of recovering it:
Report the loss or theft to the Police. Report your device as lost or stolen to the Police and provide them with the device's IMEI number*. The Police will issue a relevant Certificate of Loss.
What is an IMEI number?
The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique 15-digit number assigned to your mobile device.
You can find your device's IMEI number:
• by dialling *#06# on your device,
• in your device information or settings,
• on the device label, where applicable,
• or on the original packaging of your mobile phone.
