You must register your number by December 8th, otherwise your connection will be deactivated.
Registration is mandatory by law.
If your handset is stolen, you should follow the following steps to maximize the possibilities to be found by the police:
Submit the "Certificate of Loss” that will be issued by the police and present your ID card at any epic Store
*IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique 15-digit number. This means that the IMEI numbe is different for each device.
There are 3 ways to find out what your handset’s IMEI is:
By dialling *#06#. The IMEI number will appear on the screen.
For BlackBerry devices the IMEI can be found at "Options" -> "Status".
On the sticker at the back side of the device, underneath the battery.
On the handset’s box.
