The role:
We are looking for Store Sales Consultants on a part-time basis for our stores in Paralimni. As a Store Sales Consultant, you will consult customers on the most appropriate telecom products and services and provide excellent customer support.
Your Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell the Company’s products and services in line with sales targets and business objectives
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and prospective clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable telecommunications products and services
• Deliver efficient and effective after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution
• Support all day-to-day retail store operations in compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Company’s product portfolio, offers, systems, and processes
• Ensure accurate handling of customer requests, transactions, and documentation
• Contribute to the achievement of individual and store sales and service targets
• Maintain a professional store environment and represent the Company in a positive and professional manner

Your Profile:
• Positive, energetic and confident personality
• University / College Education is considered as an advantage
• Previous experience working with customers is considered as an advantage
• Basic knowledge or interest in technology, PC literacy
• Fluent in Greek and English
