Voicemail

To listen to your voice messages from your mobile phone, call 121 and dial your 4 digit password.

To listen to your voice messages from another phone line, call 0035796121121, dial your phone number, then your 4digit password and follow the below instructions:

• Press 1 to listen to your messages
• Press 4 to listen to the message again
• Press 5 for the date and time the message was received
• Press 6 to proceed to the next message
• Press 7 to delete the specific message
• Press 8 to save the specific message
• Press * to return to the previous menu
• Press 0 for assistance

Your voice messages can be stored in your voicemail only for a specific time period:

• new voice messages you have not heard yet, are kept in your voicemail for 10 days
• voice messages you have heard but did not delete, will remain in your voicemail for 24 hours

If you wish, you can save up to 20 messages of 30 seconds each. The saved voice messages, will remain in your voicemail for 14 days.

To record a personal welcoming message, call 121 and follow the below instructions:

1. Press 2 for personal options
2. Press 2 for the welcome menu
3. Press 2 for the personal welcoming message options
4. Press 2 to record your personal message
5. Press 3 to save your recorded message
6. Press 4 to exit the menu

To set how long the phone should ring before it is forwarded to the voicemail, call **61*96961002*11*ΧΧ# and replace XX with the number of seconds you wish to set.
The time set can be increased / decreased per 5 seconds. The maximum seconds you can set is 30 seconds. For example:
to set the forwarding in 10 seconds: call **61*96961002*11*10# 
to set the forwarding in 30 seconds: call **61*96961002*11*30# 

To cancel forwarding to voicemail call ##61*11#

To check the status of the call forwarding for missed calls, call *#61*11#

To cancel all forwarding to voicemail (for missed calls, when your line is busy or unreachable), call ##002#

To leave a voice message to someone else’s voicemail, dial 121 and then the phone number of the person you wish to contact.
