The role:
We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Nicosia! The successful candidate will be responsible to manage, organize, supervise and coordinate the Accounting Department. If you have the necessary skills and experience, we look forward to receiving your CV.
Your Responsibilities:
• Manage, organize, supervise and coordinate the Accounting Department
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
• Review management accounts and reports on monthly/quarterly/annual basis
• Review the month end close process
• Review quarterly VAT forms, VIES, Intrastat and Tax returns prepared for the local tax authorities
• Manage the preparation of all relevant reports in order to liaise and comply with requirements set by external auditors, regulatory authorities and all related governmental bodies
• Communication with internal and external customers and vendors for exchange of information and resolving any issues identified
• Adhering to the policies and procedures of the Company and Finance department
• Perform other ad-hoc as assigned by the Senior Finance Manager/CFO

Your Profile:
• BSc Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, or any other relevant field
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA)
• Very good knowledge of IFRSs and taxation
• At least two years’ experience in similar position
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal in English and Greek
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., Power query/Power pivots)
• Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, or similar ERP systems)
• Multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
• Strategic and analytical thinking, problem solving and result oriented
• Strong ability to lead, coach and influence people and teams
• Excellent managerial, planning and organising skills
