Yes, sending an SMS to 8998 is free for all contract and prepaid subscribers.
If you are unable to send an SMS to 8998 it is likely that you have acitvated SMS barring to 4-digit numbers on your device.
To disable barring:
1. Go to "Settings"
2. Select "Apps"
3. Select "Access rights" or "Special access" from the menu on the right
4. Select "Access to special charge SMS" or "Use of advanced text message services"
5. Select "Ask" if you would like to be notified each time or "Always allow"
In line with the GSM Association Code of Practise for Mobile SPAM, at epic we offer our customers a series of ways in which they can report / complain about spam messages received to their mobile by SMS and MMS.
On receiving any such reports, we will investigate your complaint and contact you to advise you of the outcome. We will endeavor to contact you within 48 hours of your report. Where possible we will request from the senders of such SPAM that your mobile number be excluded from their mailing lists.

In order to stop receiving your monthly invoice by post you have to activate your electronic invoice, so that you start receiving your bill via e-mail.

The my epic mobile app is the self care app that gives you full control in managing your connection! It provides you with a fast and easy way to access your account and allows you to monitor your usage and modify your plan and services from your mobile phone.
The app is available in Greek and English for all epic Mobile Telephony Subscribers (contract plan and prepaid), and it's free to download and use.
If you are an epic Contract Plan subscriber, you can:

All necessary measures have been taken at all stores which remain open and the latest directives for controlling the flow of customers are in effect as announced by the authorities. We are strictly enforcing the following measurements:
• Doors are always open during the stores’ working hours.
• Protective gloves as well as antiseptic are provided for our personnel as well as for customers.
• Personnel maintains a distance of 2 meters from each other. Signage has been accordingly posted in order to indicate this.
• We maintain the maximum allowance of customers inside our stores based on square meters (1 person allowed per 8 square meters).
• We are carrying out disinfections adhering to the relevant directions given to us.

Data Booster is a data bundle that becomes available when you consume all your inclusive data. This bundle acts as a small data booster to cover your data needs until the end of the month.
Once you reach 70% of data usage, epic will inform you via SMS that your inclusive data is reaching its limit. You will then be given the choice of activating the Data Booster that corresponds to your plan.
