Announcement – Changes to fixed telephony charges

Epic announces the following, pursuant to its obligation under Article 69 of the Law 112(I)/2004.

As of 1st of June 2022, New fixed telephony charges to local fixed/mobile destinations for all Internet & Telephony and Epic Fiber subscribers (residential and business) modified as set out below:

Notes:

1.       Charging Rate at 65 seconds

2.       All rates include VAT 19%.

3.       The new rates will be published on the epic website www.epic.com.cy on the effective date.

4.        In case of any Subscriber that does not accept any of the amendments, he/she has the right to terminate the Agreement without any penalty (except from any remaining instalments for the purchase of any terminal equipment, which are immediately payable in case of termination), within thirty (30) days from the date of this announcement, by notifying epic in writing stating that the reason of termination is the non-acceptance of the amendments.

In addition, clause 3 of Terms & Conditions of Internet & Telephony plans, Internet & Telephony Plus plans and epic Fiber plans will be replaced by “Charges apply for the use of fixed telephony to all national and international destinations and to premium numbers.
