Announcement regarding amendments to service charges

Epic announces the following, pursuant to its obligation under the relevant legislation.

From 01/01/2024 (“Effective Date”):

1. The charge for any invoice and/or itemised bill (“Bill”) that is sent from Epic by post to your address will be €2.99 per Bill sent.
2. The charge for every non-executed payment via Direct Debit due to insufficient funds (“Failed Payment Attempt”), will be €1.49 per Failed Payment Attempt
3. The monthly fee for the Multi SIM service will be €3.99 per month.

Notes:

(1)  All rates include VAT 19%.

(2)  The new charges and/or monthly fees will be published on Epic’s website (www.epic.com.cy) from the Effective Date.  

(3)  In case you do not accept all or any of the amendments above, you have the right to terminate the Agreement, without any penalty (except from any remaining instalments for the purchase of terminal equipment, which become immediately payable upon termination), within thirty (30) days from the date you were notified of the changes, by notifying Epic in writing stating that the reason of termination is the non-acceptance of the amendments.
