Announcement – Termination of Mobile Telephony Plans

Epic, in accordance with its obligation under the Final Users’ Electronic Communications Rights Decision (Regulatory Administrative Act R.A.A. 189/2025), announces that:

 

The mobile telephony plans displayed in Table 1, will be discontinued on 27/04/2026 & 28/04/2026. All existing subscribers in the below displayed plans will be automatically transferred to the 5G Unlimited Max,  5G Unlimited Max Plus & 5G Max Value, will be informed about the change of their plan via SMS. Subscribers will be transferred to new plans unless they choose to renew their contract on one of the commercially available plans within 30 days from the day they receive the SMS informing them of the change. The transfer will start from 27/04/2026 and will take place on the date indicated in the SMS message. Subscribers will be transferred to new plans while maintaining their existing monthly fee.

Notes:

(1) Subscribers who will change their current plan to another plan until the date of transfer of their plan will be automatically excluded from the process described in this announcement.

(2) For subscribers who will renew their contract with another plan, the charges of the new plan will apply as stated in the new subscription contract.

(3) In the event that the subscriber does not accept the above change, then he has the right, within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the SMS notifying him of the change, to terminate the agreement regarding the affected services without any early termination fee provided that he  informs Epic that the reason for termination is the non-acceptance of the above change.
