Discontinuation of the BLACKBERRY service

Epic announces to its customers the following:

• As of 20th of February 2020, the BLACKBERRY Services will be discontinued and will no longer be provided by epic.

• The BLACKBERRY Services will stop operating from the abovementioned date and onwards.

• Τhe discontinuance of the BLACKBERRY Services will not affect customers’ accounts/contracts in any other way.

• Except as expressly stated in the present announcement, all other terms and conditions of the subscription contract will remain the same and in full effect.  

• In case any Subscriber does not accept any of the proposed amendments, he/she has the right to terminate the subscription contract without any penalty (except from any remaining installments for the purchase of any terminal equipment, which become immediately payable in case of termination), within thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, by notifying epic in writing stating that the reason of termination is the non-acceptance of the amendments.
