Announcement – Termination of "Broadband in a Box" Mobile Internet Plan

Epic, in accordance with its obligation under the Electronic Communications End-User Rights Decision (K.D.P. 189/2025), announces that:

The Broadband in a Box plan (Medium, Large, XLarge) will be terminated on 20/04/2026. All existing subscribers on this plan will be automatically migrated to the Mobile Broadband 100GB plan and will be informed about the change via SMS and/or invoice. The migration will take place on the date specified in the SMS and/or invoice. Subscribers will be transferred to the Mobile Broadband 100GB plan while maintaining their existing monthly fee.

Notes:

(1)    If a subscriber does not accept the above change, they have the right, within thirty (30) days from the date they receive the SMS and/or the invoice informing them of the change, to terminate the agreement related to the affected services without any early termination fee, provided that they inform Epic that the reason for termination is the non‑acceptance of the above change.
