Free mobile plan upgrade for subscribers of the Unlimited 2, Unlimited 3, Unlimited 6 and Unlimited 12 plans

Epic will upgrade all Unlimited 2 and Unlimited 3 mobile plan subscribers to the 5G Unlimited Max mobile plan and also all Unlimited 6 and Unlimited 12 mobile plan subscribers to the 5G Unlimited Max Plus plan. The upgrade will start on 23 June 2022 and it is expected to be completed by 15 July 2022. Subscribers will be notified for their plan upgrade by SMS.

With the upgrade, all subscribers of the Unlimited 2, Unlimited 3, Unlimited 6 and Unlimited 12 mobile plans will be automatically transferred to the new plans where they will enjoy unlimited minutes and SMS and also unlimited data until their contract expiration date, with no change in their monthly fee, except in the case of contract renewal for which the charges of the new plan will apply. Subscribers do not need to take any action as the upgrade process will be accomplished through Epic’s infrastructure. Upon expiry of the contract, the nominal monthly fee of the new plan will be applied, until contract renewal.

Notes:

(1)     The upgrade process described above will not be applied on Business customers.  

(2)     Subscribers who will change their Unlimited 2, Unlimited 3, Unlimited 6 or Unlimited 12 plan to another plan until the upgrade date will be automatically excluded from the upgrade process described in this announcement.  

(3)     For Subscribers who will renew their contract after the upgrade process described in this announcement, the charges of their new plan will apply.
