Amendments to charges for fixed internet service

Epic announces the following, pursuant to its obligation under the relevant legislation:

From 15/06/2024 (“Effective Date”), the change of the fixed internet plan to another fixed internet plan (downgrade) within the 24month subscription, will be subject to a charge of €20.00.

Notes:

(1) All rates include VAT 19%.  

(2) The new charges will be published on epic’s website at www.epic.com.cy from the day Effective Date.  

(3) In case a Subscriber does not accept all or any of the amendments above, he/she has the right to terminate the Agreement without any penalty (except from any remaining instalments for the purchase of terminal equipment, any monthly fees or additional services, any remaining instalments for the installation fee, equipment non-return fees, and/or any other owed amounts, which, in the event of termination, shall become immediately due and payable), within thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, by notifying epic in writing stating that the reason of termination is the non-acceptance of the amendments.
