Epic announces the following, pursuant to its obligation under the relevant legislation:
From 15/05/2024 (“Effective Date”) the terms of the mobile telephony subscription contract will be amended. The following services will be affected: mobile telephony, mobile broadband, Broadband HomeBox.
All amendments made are for the benefit of customers and they are as follows:
If your mobile telephony subscription contract was completed on or after 4 February 2022, the meaning of the following terms is affected: 3(g), 3(h), 4(b), 4(e), 7(a), 7(c), 13(d), 14, 15(b), 15(c), 17(b), 17(d ) and 18. The amended terms and conditions are available here.
If your mobile telephony subscription contract was completed before 4 February 2022, the meaning of the following terms is affected: 3(g), 3(h), 4(b), 7(a), 7(c), 13(d), 14, 15(b), 15(c), 17(b), 17(d) and 18. The amended terms and conditions are available here.
Notes:
(1) The amended terms and conditions will be published in the mobile telephony plans page of Epic’s website (www.epic.com.cy) from the Effective Date.
(2) In case you do not accept all or any of the amendments above, you have the right to terminate the Agreement, without any penalty (except for charges for usage of services, monthly fees and, if applicable, any remaining instalments for the purchase of terminal equipment, which become immediately payable upon termination), by 15 May 2024, by notifying Epic in writing stating that the reason of termination is the non-acceptance of the amendments.
