Amendments to roaming charges

Epic announces the following, pursuant to its obligation under the relevant legislation.

From 01/10/2023 (“Effective Date”):

1. The Roaming rates for all Epic post-paid customers (Residential & Business) and Prepaid customers will be amended. The existing charges are currently posted on our website Roaming Rates

Notes:

(1) All rates include VAT 19%.

(2) In case a Subscriber does not accept all or any of the amendments above, he/she has the right to terminate the Agreement without any penalty (except from any remaining instalments for the purchase of terminal equipment, which    become immediately payable upon termination), within thirty (30) days from the date the Subscriber was notified of the changes, by notifying epic in writing stating that the reason of termination is the non-acceptance of the amendments.
