“All- in 10 & All- in 15 Top Up Cards” Service - Terms and Conditions
- The service “All-in 10 & All-in 15 Top Up Cards” (“Bundle”) is available to all Epic Pay As You Go Subscribers.
- By purchasing a Bundle you benefit from a bundle of talk-time minutes, SMS, data & Free Bonus Airtime offered by the All-in 10 & All-in 15 Top Up Cards. The available Top Up Cards are found in Epic’s website www.epic.com.cy.
- The Free Bonus Airtime offered through your purchase of a Bundle has a value of €2.00 with the purchase of each Bundle card. This Free Bonus Airtime can be used for out of bundle talk-time minutes, SMS, and data. This Free Bonus Airtime cannot be used for the purchase of a new Bundle or Top-Up card or any other Pay as You Go service.
- Each Bundle is valid for twenty-eight (28) days from the activation date. Unused inclusive talk time minutes, text messages, and internet data, and Free Bonus Airtime, will not be transferred and/or cashed out after the expiry of the 28 days. The Bundle allowances cannot be transferred to any other Epic customer and/or number.
- You will be able to activate your selected Bundle at any time and as many times as you wish. Any remaining allowances from your previous Bundle card purchase can be used until the relevant allowance is used or the Bundle expires.
- Your inclusive voice and SMS allowance is for use in Cyprus to all national networks (mobile and fixed numbers) and/or for international roaming within the EU (mobile and fixed numbers). Calls made and SMS sent from Cyprus to international destinations are not included. All out of bundle SMS and talk time are charged under the out of bundle rates published on Epic’s website. Calls and SMS messages to special and premium numbers are charged in accordance with the terms of the special and premium number service you use.
- The data offered as part of the Bundle has a maximum speed limit of 10Mbps (Megabits per second) in relation to data transmission over mobile Internet. In practice, the maximum speed allows you, without difficulty, to browse the internet, send/receive emails and use social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, etc.), to make and receive HD quality video calls, to download and update applications, stream music and videos in HD and full-HD.
- You must use Epic’s services for private, personal, and legitimate consumer purposes only. This Bundle is designed for use in devices which can use all plan benefits (voice, SMS and data). Epic offers plans and services for use in other devices such as dongles, routers etc. Epic monitors subscribers’ use of the Services to identify whether a subscriber uses the Services in accordance with these terms and Epic’s policies and to monitor network performance. Epic may implement measures to manage the traffic across its network in exceptional circumstances (i) to prevent impending network congestion and/or (ii) to mitigate the effects of any exceptional or temporary network congestion and/or (iii) to preserve the integrity and security of its networks, services, or equipment and/or (iv) to ensure that the service received by subscribers is not affected by a minority of users generating high network demand (e.g. large bandwidths over long periods of time). In such circumstances or if you do not use the services in accordance with these terms, Epic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reduce the speed available to such Subscriber and take other appropriate measures.
- In accordance with the “Roam Like At Home” Regulation, a fair usage policy limit applies on the volume of data the Subscriber can use for free while roaming within the EU, as set out on our website (www.epic.com.cy). After reaching the relevant limit, the Subscriber is notified accordingly and cannot use data while on roaming until the end of the month.
- Use of allowances in the Bundle have priority over any other active service to your account (for example talk time available minutes, short text messages and internet data).
- Epic reserves the right to terminate or modify the Bundles at any time without prior notice. By purchasing or using any Bundle after the said modification is in effect, you accept the relevant modifications.
- The terms and conditions of the Bundles are supplemental and apply in conjunction with the applicable terms and conditions of the Epic Pay As You Go service and/or any other relevant additional service and/or applicable offer.
