Senior Communications and Public Relations Specialist

The role:
We are seeking to recruit a Senior Communications and Public Relations Specialist who will be responsible for assisting in the execution of the company’s communication strategy, including various marketing, promotions and public relations activities.
Your Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of a communications strategy
• Participate in the planning and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns to increase sales of products and services
• Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and videos and other promotional material for adherence to specifications
• Develop, write and edit marketing and communications content and direct creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message
• Work closely with advertising and PR agencies
• Work with internal team members to better develop, coordinate and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals
• Ensure that all communications and marketing material aligns with brand standards
• Responsible for the maintenance and support of the website’s content, appearance and layout.
• Coordinate PR and BTL activities
• Support with company’s CSR activities planning and promotion
• Assist and support retail network branding and promotion activities
• Participate in the implementation of the company’s digital strategy and social media management
• Prepare P/O and statements along with detailed cost and financial analysis for every project/activity
• Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management
• Follow the department’s key performance indicators

Your Profile:
• Minimum of a bachelor degree in public relations, journalism, communications, and advertising
• Minimum of 4 years professional experience including client relationship management and project management
• Understanding of communications, public relations and marketing best practices
• Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
• Very strong communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced industry
• Experience with social media management will be considered an advantage
• Experience in telecommunications field will be considered an advantage
