The role:
Epic is seeking a dedicated Business Support Representative. This role is vital for delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities include following up on, resolving, and executing requests, ensuring top service quality, and upholding our professional image.
Your Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone or email.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Resolves Billing, Service, and Technical issues for mobile and fixed services and liaises with designated departments for investigation.
• Execute subscriber’s service request(s) (change plan, add services) according to company policies and procedures.
• Modifies the features/ services according to the customer’s request.
• Report any alarming complaint to the supervisor and identify factors that may lead to inefficient performance.
• Propose solutions for customer issues and coordinate with the appropriate departments to implement these solutions.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
• Monitor and manage ongoing tickets within the department.
• Follow up communication with customers after resolution.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Your Profile:
• BSc in Engineering or IT-related field will be considered as an advantage.
• 2 years of relevant customer service experience will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in fixed services and products will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken Greek and English.
• Excellent communication skills
