Announcement - The terms and conditions of the plans Unlimited ALL and Unlimited ALL Plus will be modified

Today 1st of June 2021, epic announces the following as its obligation according to Article 69 of the Law 112(I)/2004.

1.  As of 1 July 2021, the terms and conditions of the Unlimited ALL plan, will be modified as follows, for all subscribers of this epic plan:

      The phrase “reduced to up to 512kbps” will be deleted and replaced with the phrase “reduced to 2mbps”

2.  As of 1 July 2021, the terms and conditions of the Unlimited ALL Plus plan, will be modified by adding the following sentence at the end of clause 2, for all subscribers of this epic plan:

       "The fair use limit in relation to the use of data for Unlimited ALL Plus plans is 300GB, and if the Subscriber exceeds this limit in a calendar month, epic considers that other users are likely to be adversely affected. If the Subscriber’s use of data exceeds this fair use limit, the maximum speed for data usage will be reduced for the remainder of that calendar month. The data speed reduction will have little to no impact on browsing, sending/receiving emails and using social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp etc.), but services demanding higher bandwidths (e.g. streaming in high definition) may be affected. epic continuously monitors network performance to ensure that the service received by the Subscriber is not affected by a minority of users generating high network demand."

Notes:

(1)   All rates include VAT 19%.

(2)   The new rates will be published on the epic website www.epic.com.cy on the effective date.

(3)   In case of any Subscriber that does not accept any of the amendments, he/she has the right to terminate the Agreement without any penalty (except from any remaining installments for the purchase of any terminal equipment, which are immediately payable in case of termination), within thirty (30) days from 15 June 2021, by notifying epic in writing stating that the reason of termination is the non-acceptance of the amendments.
