Upgrade of Fixed Broadband Services for internet connection.

Epic will upgrade the Fixed Broadband Services for internet connection. The upgrade will start on the 2nd of April 2020 and it is expected to be completed by the end of October 2020.

Thus, all Fixed Broadband subscribers, legal and physical entities, will enjoy up to double internet speeds, with no requirement for any additional activation or configuration of their equipment. The whole upgrade process will be accomplished through epic’s infrastructure.

The subscribers of existing Internet & Telephony plans and existing Internet plans will be automatically transferred to higher speed plans, according to the New Monthly Fees, mentioned in the table below:

Notes:

1. All above fees include 19% VAT.

2. In the event that the existing plan of a subscriber is not included in the above table, then, if technically feasible, the subscriber will be automatically upgraded to the next plan with the respective monthly fee.

3. In the event that the speed upgrade mentioned above, is not feasible due to technical reasons, the subscribers’ plan will be upgraded to the previous speed plan with the respective monthly fee.

4. All subscribers of Internet & telephony 100Mbps plan, will not be upgraded.

5. Those subscribers that will upgrade/downgrade their plan and/or change installation address and/or proceed to any other amendment of their existing plan from 12 February 2020 until upgrade date, are automatically excluded from the upgrade process as described in the present announcement.

6. In the event that you do not agree with the aforementioned amendments, please note that, according to article 69 of N.122(I)/2004, you have the right to terminate your subscription contract, up until the 31st of March 2020, without any penalty fees. For this purpose, you can send a termination letter to epic, stating that the reason for termination is the non- acceptance of the amendments mentioned above.
