Change in charges to the 11800 directory enquiry service

From 1 March 2025 (“Effective Date”), the following charges will apply for calls to Primetel’s Directory Enquiry Service (11800), as defined by the provider of the service.

Notes: 

(1)  All rates include VAT 19%.  

(2) The new charges will be published on our website at www.epic.com.cy from the Effective Date.
