Changes on Fixed Telephony Charges

Epic announces the following, pursuant to its obligation under relevant legislation. As of 05/06/2026, the fixed telephony charges are amended as set out below:

1. Calls to national mobile and fixed numbers, via SIP Trunk service:

2. International Calls made from all fixed numbers belonging in Epic, for all customers, residential & corporate

Notes:

1. All above rates do not include VAT.

2. The new rates will be published on Epic’s website www.epic.com.cy on the effective date.

3. Charges are applied per second with minimum charge of 65 seconds.

4. In case of any Subscriber that does not accept any of the amendments, he/she has the right to terminate the Agreement without any penalty (except from any remaining instalments for the purchase of any terminal equipment, which are immediately payable in case of termination), within thirty (30) days from the date of this announcement, by notifying Epic in writing, stating that the reason of termination is due to not accepting the abovementioned amendments.
