Broadband Homebox Technology Upgrade

We would like to inform our subscribers that our Broadband HomeBox service can be upgraded for free! This upgrade is part of our network enhancement project, where we're transitioning from 4G to 5G.

Due to changes in the network, it's essential to proceed with this upgrade by 31st of May 2024 to ensure the quality of the service does not degrade. Failure to upgrade may seriously affect service quality.

To facilitate the upgrade process, Epic will contact the affected subscribers and ask them to visit their closest Epic store with their current device and ask for a free upgrade.

Affected subscribers will be upgraded to a 5G Broadband HomeBox plan maintaining their current monthly fee and a new 5G device for free. Our team will assist you in completing the upgrade seamlessly. In the event that any Subscriber does not accept the upgrade, they shall be entitled to terminate the Broadband Homebox service, without any penalties (with the exception of any monthly fees or additional services for the Broadband Homebox service, any remaining instalments and/or equipment non-return fees, which, in the event of termination, shall become immediately due and payable), within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the notice, by giving written notice to Epic stating that the reason for termination is non-acceptance of the upgrade.
