
We would like to inform our subscribers that the Internet and Telephony network in various areas is being upgraded, where the existing copper infrastructure will be replaced with fiber optics.
The upgrade project starts in November 2022 and will be ongoing over the next few years.
Through the fiber optic network, it is possible to meet today's high demand with incredibly fast speeds, while ensuring the stability and quality of the technology by connecting the fiber optics directly to the premises.
For upgrade purposes, Epic will contact the affected subscribers to notify them for the upgraded plan and to arrange the visit by Epic technical team who will carry out the necessary works to complete the installation of fiber and related equipment at the premises.
After the completion of the upgrade in the affected areas, existing services over copper network will not be supported.
In the event that any Subscriber does not accept the upgrade, shall be entitled to terminate Internet and Telephony services, without any penalties (with the exception of any remaining instalments and/or equipment non-return fees, which, in the event of termination, shall become immediately due and payable), within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of such notice, by written notice to Epic stating that the reason for termination is non-acceptance of the upgrade.
