The role:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Consultants to join our teams across Cyprus. As a Store Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with SIM registrations, guiding them through our services, and ensuring they enjoy a smooth and positive experience.
This is a 3-month fixed-term opportunity, ideal for those who want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic telecom environment. Outstanding performance may lead to an extension or a permanent role within the company.

Your Responsibilities:
• Welcome and guide customers through the SIM registration process
• Verify customer identification documents (ID card, passport)
• Input customer data accurately into the system
• Provide clear information regarding deadlines and legal requirements
• Handle basic technical queries or escalate to relevant personnel
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
Our proposition:
• Starting monthly salary of €1100 gross
• €200 living allowance, applicable for Limassol area

Your Profile:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English
• Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
• Customer service experience will be an advantage
• Basic computer literacy
