The role:
We’re looking for a Strategic Products Specialist — a dynamic, analytical, and forward-thinking professional who can turn ideas into impactful business solutions.
In this role, you’ll help shape the company’s product strategy, lead the design and delivery of new solutions, and drive operational transformation across multiple business areas. You’ll work on diverse, high-impact projects from concept to launch, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable value to the business and customers.
Your Responsibilities:
• Define business requirements, translate those into functional specifications and product requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing product, Customer Experience, Operations, Technology) to understand the business needs and procedures and to translate them into technology driven initiatives that help the business achieve its goals
• Coordinate and support the introduction of new products or solutions into the market or internal operations, in partnership with key business teams.
• Act as a liaison with external vendors and industry partners to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and to scope.
• Ensure Quality by designing and executing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) plans to confirm that products and solutions meet requirements and deliver expected outcomes
• Establish project plans and provide structured progress tracking to ensure successful deliveries

Your Profile:
• Degree level education preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Information System Management or similar
• 2-3 years proven experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, IT project management or similar roles, as well as experience working with third parties for projects’ implementation and integration
• Prior experience in requirements’ elicitation for systems’ implementations – including but not limited to user journey definitions, functional design and specifications, file specifications, user flow diagrams etc.
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies, web services, APIs.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse and virtual teams.
