The role:
We are currently accepting job applications for an Indirect Support Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide support to distributors and implement the sales plan and procedures of the Indirect Sales department, in order to achieve the departmental sales targets.
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide support to distributors’ sales staff via phone or email
• Contact distributors to resolve not successful orders and any issues
• Laisse with distributors and internal departments
• Process production for telecommunication services in the required systems
• Manage and update various reports required
• Problem solving - follow up and resolve customer complaints
• Process completed orders, renewals and documents received
• Provide support to Indirect Sales Administration

Your Profile:
• Diploma and / or University Degree preferably on Business Administration
• Previous sales experience would be considered as an advantage
• Strong commitment to help sales team meet and exceed goals, deadlines, and commitments.
• Very good command of Greek and English language both oral and written
• Ability to resolve problems
• Ability to work with teams to resolve customer issues and conflicts.
• Must be a mature business professional who does not require oversight and day to day management.
• Candidate must be able to follow the company’s code of conduct
• Must be able to work with teams
• Understanding of services and products
• Basic knowledge of Fixed and GSM technology and services
