The role:
We are looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to be based in Limassol. The main responsibility of the role will be to provide quality customer service and support to subscribers and prospective clients, themselves and by leading a sales team. Furthermore, promote products and services of the Company in a favorable manner.
Your Responsibilities:
• Liaising between the Management and other employees
• Training new store employees
• Developing training materials and conducting training sessions and workshops
• Establishing business knowledge and awareness of shared company goals
• Monitoring both individual and team job performance metrics
• Providing staff with Sales guidance and assistance
• Relaying productivity concerns to the Management
• Preparing job descriptions and work schedules
• Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required
• Lead the team to achieve pre-established objectives. Reach sales targets
• Follow-up representatives’ results by taking appropriate corrective action
• Maintain POS premises and assets
• Take immediate action on urgent needs of all shops in area for smooth operation of shops and consistent service to external customers
• Assist in developing and implementing POS sales strategy
• Follow up difficult cases and insure their resolution in the most efficient manner
• Ensure appropriate preventive and corrective action to maintain standards of quality and subscriber or prospective client satisfaction
• Maintain stock levels according to company’s policy
• Take corrective actions for cash shortages/surplus

Your Profile:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail sales environment, ideally within an IT or Technology environment. Proven experience as a team leader or Supervisor will be considered as an advantage
• University Degree or College Diploma (Business Management, Marketing, Social or Economic studies) will be considered as advantage
• Experience with direct reports will be considered as an advantage
• Exceptional leadership potential with the ability to work well with others in a motivational manner
• Basic knowledge of GSM technology and services
• Clear communication skills, and the ability to relate to different people
• Fluent in English and Greek. Russian language will be considered an asset
