Your role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center Representatives on a part-time basis with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As the voice of our company, you will handle customer calls, provide accurate information and solve any issues they have.
What your main responsibilities are:
• Offer exceptional experience to all our customers by providing the best possible solutions based on their needs
• Promote company solutions, products and services to existing and prospective customers
• Provide support and assistance through all channels available (emails, chat, social media, etc.)
What we look for:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English and Greek
• Positive, energetic and confident personality
• Good computer skills
• Previous experience in a customer support role is considered as an advantage
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
