The role:
We are looking for a Service Delivery Representative who will manage the critical transition phase between a signed contract and an active, paying customer. This role acts as the Revenue Accelerator for the business, managing the high-complexity pipeline that ensures new services are activated promptly. The successful candidate will be responsible for Service Delivery tasks which include New line Activations, Portability process, and Installation duties for both Mobile & Fixed services, based on company policies and procedures. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.

Your Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the complete activation cycle for both Mobile and Fixed lines, ensuring billing begins as soon as the contract is finalized.
• Investigate and resolve technical activation errors caused by system failures between the internal systems.
• Work within prescribed CRM and legacy systems to process new subscriber applications, ensuring 100% data accuracy.
• Manage the full portability lifecycle, coordinating with external telecom providers to transfer numbers to our network within legal timeframes.
• Manually rescuing and correcting rejected applications that would otherwise result in lost sales.
• Manage installation and appointment requests, coordinating fixed-line setups to optimize field technician schedules and prevent wasted site visits.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Resolving service complaints and forwarding grievances to the appropriate departments for further investigation.
• Collaborating with the Product team to test new products (Voice, Connectivity & SIP) and provide feedback on any issues.
• Communicating with customers regarding application progress.
• Proactively suggest system improvements to the Team Leader to further automate "manual clicks" and increase the team's efficiency.

Your Profile:
• Lyceum Diploma and/or College Diploma.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or back-office operations (Telecom experience is a significant advantage).
• Computer literacy is essential (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook); experience with CRM systems and GSM technology is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes of time-sensitive tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for forensic detail.
• High level of initiative and the ability to deal effectively with complex situations requiring tact and judgment.
• Fluent written and spoken Greek and English is mandatory.
