The role:
We are currently looking for a detailed oriented and experienced Payroll & Reporting Specialist to join our team in Nicosia. As a Payroll & Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible to manage all aspects of payroll cycle and provide support to HR Team.
Your Responsibilities:
• Process and execute the company payroll on a monthly basis including calculations of overtimes, allowances and other payments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Responsible for the on-time payment of Social Insurance contributions.
• Generate monthly payroll reports to Finance.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses related to payroll and workforce costs as requested by management.
• Assist in the HR department’s annual budget.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
• Administration of employee benefits like medical insurance, life insurance, etc.
• Manage the employee sick leaves, maternities, paternities, etc. as per the company policy and assist in the submission of the applications for social insurances benefits.
• Maintain and continuous update the HR Information System records.
• Assist in various projects and initiatives within the HR team.

Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or other business-related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing. The seniority depends on the years of expertise.
• Previous experience in 3D Pocket Software will be considered as an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the labour legislation including PAYE, Social Insurance, General Health System.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and excel skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels and handle sensitive information.
• Goodtime management and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven high-quality writing and proof-reading experience in both Greek and English.
