1. To enjoy Epic Business One, the address where the Epic Fiber will be installed, must be within areas covered by fiber network. You can check availability by either visiting an Epic store, calling 131 or with the use of the coverage check tool on the Epic website here (www.epic.com.cy.). Epic does not guarantee that the service will be available in all geographic locations and/or addresses within the Republic of Cyprus. 

2. You will be eligible to benefit from Epic Business One if:
     i. you are a legal person, and                        
     ii. proceed with a new application for Small Business Connect or Epic Fiber & Cloud Business Collaboration for a minimum period of 24 months (“Minimum Subscription Period”), and                      
     iii. you are a new or existing subscriber to any Epic Mobile Plan.
   

3. If you meet the criteria in paragraph 2, Epic offers you with Epic Business One the following:
     i. Small Business Connect 100 Mbps with 2 fixed line licenses and WebEx for €29.99 (“Small Business Connect Service”). In the event of a change of plan, change of installation address or temporary disconnection or transfer of ownership, the Epic Business One offer is automatically terminated and the monthly charges of the new internet product you choose will apply, without any subscription discount.

     ii. The Epic 5G Unlimited Max Mobile Telephony Plan, for the discounted price of €14,99, for each of the 5G Unlimited Max Mobile Telephony subscription plans you have registered in your Epic account, for as long as you remain a subscriber of Small Business Connect. All charges outside of the allowances of the Mobile Telephony Plan will be charged in accordance with the applicable charges as described in the terms and conditions for Epic Mobile Telephony Plans. In the event that the Small Business Connect Service is not activated within 3 months from the date of application, or there is a temporary disconnection or, transfer of ownership or, termination of the Small Business Connect Service or, relocation from the installation address to a location where the Small Business Connect Service is not provided, the discounted prices of Epic Business One for the 5G Unlimited Max Plans will automatically be terminated and the applicable monthly subscription fees will apply, depending on whether you fall within the timeframe of a Mobile Telephony Plan offer you have been enjoying prior to Epic Business One. If you fall within the timeframe of the earlier offer then you will continue to enjoy those monthly charges as set out in that earlier offer. If you do not fall within the time frame of any earlier offer, then the current, non-discounted, monthly subscription fees for the applicable subscription plan as published on the Epic website will apply.

4. In case of termination of all your Epic Mobile Telephony plans, in any way whatsoever, the following will apply:
    i. €29.99 monthly subscription of Small Business Connect per month for the remaining Minimum Subscription Period.

    ii.  upon expiration of the Minimum Subscription Period, the respective standard monthly subscription fees apply for each of the services.

5. In case of any termination, of any of the services mentioned in the paragraph 3 above, you must pay, a) any amounts you may owe to Epic for the services, b) any respective instalments for any product and/or handset you bought from Epic, and c) the termination charge for each of the service terminated, as these charges are found on the Epic website.

6. Epic Business One is not available to customers who are physical persons.

7. Prices in the Business section of the Epic website (www.epic.com.cy) do not include VAT.

8. Epic Business One can only be applied for one connection per address.

9. Epic reserves the right, at its sole discretion to reject any application.

10. You cannot benefit from Epic Business One retroactively.

11. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with and/or in addition to the following terms and conditions: the Internet and Telephony and Epic Fiber Service, your Epic Mobile Telephony Plan, and/or any other additional services and/or offers you may enjoy. 

12. Epic reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Epic Business One any time. The new terms and conditions will be published here.
