The role:
We are currently accepting job applications for a Service Delivery Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for Service Delivery tasks which include New line Activations, Portability process, and Installation duties for both Mobile & Fixed services, based on company policies and procedures.
Your Responsibilities:
• Processing applications for new subscribers
• Activating new subscriptions
• Managing the complete portability cycle
• Supervising the activation of fixed and mobile lines
• Working within prescribed systems and processes, while also suggesting improvements
• Resolving service complaints and forwarding grievances to the appropriate departments for further investigation
• Communicating with customers regarding application progress
• Reporting any significant complaints to the Service Delivery Team Leader
• Collaborating with the Product team to test new products (Voice, Connectivity & SIP) and provide feedback on any issues
• Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Your Profile:
• Lyceum Diploma or/& College Diploma
• 1-year customer service work experience will be considered as an advantage
• Computer Literacy (Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook)
• Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
• Work under pressure
• Basic reporting ability
• Able to work off own initiative
• Organizational skills
• Able to deal effectively with a variety of situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise
• Knowledge of GSM technology and services
