Suspension of the ‘myBill’ page

As of March 3, 2023, myBill service through the page will be suspended. From now on you will be able to have 24-hour access to information regarding your account by logging in to eStore through

More specifically, you will be able to:

  • View and receive in electronic form your Itemized Bills from the past  6 months*
  • Check your account balance
  • Pay your invoice
  • See previous invoices
  • See the available minutes, SMS and GB offered by your plan
  • Renew your contract**

To access this information you will need to log in to your eStore account and follow the instructions to link your mobile account.

If you are a business customer you will need to create an eStore account and then contact either your Account Manager or visit an Epic store to enable access to your contract information.

The above information is available only for Mobile Telephony Plan subscribers.  

*to access your Itemised Bill you should visit an Epic store in order to activate the Electronic Itemized Bill service
