Announcement -> Free Upgrade of Mobile Internet add-ons for Business Customers.

Epic announces the following, pursuant to its obligation under the relevant legislation.  

Epic will upgrade without any change in the monthly fee business customers from non-commercially available mobile internet add-ons to commercially available ones. The free upgrade will be completed within June 2023. The affected subscribers will be notified via email for the specific date of upcoming upgrade by their account manager. With the upgrade, all affected subscribers will be automatically transferred to the new plans in accordance with the table below.

Subscribers do not need to take any action as the upgrade process will be accomplished through Epic’s infrastructure.   Ιn case a subscriber does not want to upgrade their plan or does not accept to any of the above amendments, he/she has the right to terminate their agreement without any penalty (except from any remaining instalments for the purchase of terminal equipment, which become immediately payable upon termination), within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving the present announcement, by notifying epic.

Notes:

1.         All rates include VAT 19%.

2.         Subscribers who will change their Mobile Internet add-on plan to another commercially available plan before the upgrade date, will be automatically excluded from the upgrade process described in this announcement.

3.         Subscribers who will renew their contract after the upgrade process described in this announcement, the charges of their new plan will apply.

The expiry date of the contract will not change.
