Discontinuation of M2M Zero plans

Epic announces the following as its obligation according to Article 69 of the Law 112(I)/2004.  As of 19th of July 2021, Epic’s M2M Zero plan will no longer be commercially available. This will not affect in any way the service as all M2M Zero plans will automatically be migrated to Mobile Internet plans with more inclusive data and no change on the monthly fee.

The Subscribers will retain their monthly fee until they proceed with a change of their current plan. In this case they will be charged with the nominal monthly fee at the time of change.  

Notes: 

1. Any additional Services currently activated on the Subscribers’ lines will remain active and so will the additional charges which do not relate to the above.
2. All rates are published on EPIC website www.epic.com.cy on the effective date.
3. In case any subscriber does not accept any of the amendments, he/she has the right to terminate the Agreement without any penalty within thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, by notifying Epic in writing stating that the reason of termination is the non-acceptance of the amendments.
